Portivo Lounge

As it started raining we looked for somewhere inside where we could take our 2 dogs-was made to feel most welcome here. Great food. Great service. Very dog friendly. Tapas are excellent. Couldn't fault anything about Portivo. Staff were brilliant. Would definitely recommend

This is a lovely friendly place, Atmosphere is lovely, Had brunch small breakfast which was still plenty enough, I did see other meals going out which also looked nice, the place was continuously busy, it over looks gloucester quays and there is seating outside and upstairs, this place is also near the indoor shopping arcade which has plenty of good shops, Levi, Fat face, weird fish, sketchers and many more, if looking for somewhere nice to eat and relax this is a lovely place, Good food and drinks, Definitely recommend and going back

We were looked after very well by very young staff. Music good, but perhaps considered loud by older ears. Impressive choice of menus - it is rare restaurants offer such an extensive vegan menu. I was so impressed I took a photo of it!

Very nice 👌 great location at Gloucester docks. Seating outside so you can watch the world go by sipping a drink!

Great quality food packed full of flavour. We went at lunch and service was quick and helpful. Prices are good value and the layout is lovely, upstairs you can sit near some open french windows and look out on the people visiting the quays.

I have also heard evening tapas is to die for so will be back soon!

I've not been before whereas everyone I was with had.
Firstly I loved the atmosphere, very chill and with no one hovering at your table all the time. That is probably because it's order at the bar or via the app, I prefer the app if I'm honest especially when it starts to get busy and when I'm feeling lazy, just tap tap and then a drink arrives.
The food was really good, I went for the tapas but did feel like I should have ordered a side to go with it, the person next to me said that just the tapas was enough for them. So if you want a lighter bite I would recommend the tapas if not go for a main they looked amazing!
Can't wait to go back really enjoyed it

I met a work friend for an early dinner at Gloucester Quays, having never eaten just drank I the Portivo lounge we decided to try it. When I arrived it was very quiet, I waited as instructed by the sign to be seated. After 5 minutes the customer behind me went to ask the staff behind the bar if anyone was seating people (she went as I am disabled and struggle to walk) we were told to sit wherever. I waited 10 minutes for my friend to arrive and was given a menu in the meantime. We ordered drinks which for the number of customers took a little while, but we were in no rush. The lounge and upstairs started to fill up, lots of groups inc many with dogs. We ordered again at the bar and paid straight away. Our burgers arrived and were well presented, piping hot and looking delicious, the staff were helpful and attentive. Our second round of drinks arrived mid meal - my friends diet coke was so cold that it had frozen so she had some difficulty pouring it - better cold than warm I guess! We stayed quite a while catching up outside our workplace and really enjoyed ourselves. There were plenty of opportunities to upsell which were missed but we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. There is good parking for the quays, its a pleasant setting and I would recommend the Portivo lounge.
