Crispy Bacon Cafe

The lady serving was lovely, however the food was not as good as hoped. I don't think I will go back. But give it a try before you take my word for it as everyone is different.

Sensational pan fried Crispiness .Never got the ladies name (Olive I think or maybe I'm getting confused with Olive Oil ) a crispy bacon genius . Took a rasher home for Hector our hedgehog .

Basic, small Cafe, with sanitising gell dispenser for these COVID19 times, which you very much need as they only take cash. We visited on Sunday morning for a bacon sandwich breakfast with our walk along the Chelmer and Blackwater Navigation, service was swift & the sandwich perfect, soft fresh bread, lovely crisp bacon, with just a small amount of fat, no butter, the way I like it. Brilliant, well done.

Top breakfast. Always friendly. Fast service. Good price.
