If I could give 0 stars I would. Sent me Luke warm food and raw chicken my pregnant fiance almost ate. Had no compensation and the customer service was poor to say the least. I would not advise you eat from this place the food is inconsistently cooked to any sort of standard and you basically gamble on food poisoning each time you order. We will not be ordering again.

Can be difficult to find the place if ur new to this shop it's based around a corner of a main Street just park up the side and find the entrance
Really enjoyed the pizza had a extra spicy garlic pizza and I've used these for a few years now it's hasn't gone down in quality all though the prices have gone up...

1hr 45mins late, poor customer service. They told me they'd ring me back multiple times and never did. Last time I order from them (regular customer too)

I like the taste and everything, but yesterday I get disappointed for second time! It’s specialy one person who like to over charge me! Happen few time I didn’t say anything but yesterday I order two wraps two cokes and chips!!! For 20.50£ and this guy like always didn’t mention about offer (kebap deal -15£)
I don’t mind but to pay for two wraps 20£ it’s unfair

Fast delivery, tasty pizza. Only gave 4 stars as the outside crust was burnt but I don't eat the anyway. Would maybe be a problem if ordering a stuffed crust.

Sick of ordering and being told 30/40 minutes to be sat 70 minutes later with no delivery! Call to ask where it is is pointless, 3 minutes sir..... 10 later I'm like a dog sat by the door. Happens everytime. I am going to use someone else and not bother again.

As family we have been using Palermo for well over 13yrs. The last 8 months it appears to have dramatically declined in quality and customer service. We have been given wrongs orders on a couple of occasions and a pizza that had appeared to have been cooked and had the topping removed and reused. One of our family members has been vegetarian for over 30 years and there was reminance of meat on his pizza.
We telephoned on the occasions above and was treated as though we had done something wrong. Once maybe twice this could have been forgiven but 3rd time, no not after the meat incident. Loyalty appears to be insignificant, such ashame when you try and support a local business.

I've been getting pizza from this take away for years they never disappoint and food always seems to be great.
