Great menu with savoury and sweet options but child option was savoury and just one sweet plain pancake, asked to have no savoury and a little fruit instead, was told we had to pay for a full adults one instead (our child is 3) explained this saying we don't want a sausage for example but just a few blueberries where manager said no they don't give free food away and was not interested to discuss, very blunt with attitude, we said we will pay the extra but would not be back, not in a rude tone where her reply was don't come back then. Pancakes came with very little fillings so was dry, with creams next door I'm surprised but will definitely go there next time.
My daughter had a mango smoothie with peanut butter and chocolate pancakes.
I had the Big Veggie Breakfast and it was amazing!
The staff were attentive and polite, the food and drinks came quickly and I will definitely be going back, thank you!
However my son is a wheelchair user so we have great trouble getting him upstairs to toilet and on occasions finding space downstairs but we over looked this as he too loves the French toast. We came in today spent around £50 on 4 of us for breakfast teas etc. Food was lovely and was quick service but........
Now before we are even ready to leave a blonde lady starts directing staff loudly to move our table and the next one together so she can fit in the next customers. Next customers are then stood right on top of us so as not to lose table.
Not comfortable for anyone and I still have to get son into wheelchair and coats etc and she doesn't just say it once .... Nope 3 times !!!!
Needless to say won't be back which is a shame as food was lovely
This is my new favorite and the best I have ever had. Halifax, Canada and Manchester, England follow behind, and they set the bar high.
This place... Just amazing. The s'mores pancake was one of the best things I have ever tasted.
