Nando's Teddington

As always, lovely atmosphere, hardworking & friendly staff & amazing food! I've had this (pictured) the last few times I've been & it's INSANE! For anyone wondering, it is the Supergrain Salad with added Grilled Halloumi & a side of Sweet Potato Wedges. The flavours are to die for & it's so healthy, too. Win-win!!

This nandos is awful. Absolutely agree with the last review! I had visited few months ago when staying in teddington and had to complain first time about the lack of spice and colour of 1/4 chicken white like a ghost and they said sorry this time order was made at 12.30pm on monday!. Today Saturday at 4.30 this place was not packed but had few people slowly walking in. I was served by Maja (all smiles behind she said not busy due to the weather) I ordered a chicken burger as a takeaway as was staying nxt door at the travelodge. Sat down at she came with the bag okay I should have asked is it freshen cooked? I was in a rush to start work took it as already paid £7.50 at the till. This chicken burger was COLD AS!!! Clearly blantlanty Maja and i believe she knew she handed me someone's uncollected order. There was no queue behind me just plain rude. I ordered extra hot this was plain.. no wonder she was very quick to let me take extra sauces from the draw. I would never visit this ripoff branch again they are a joke! Waste of money for sure

awful , why is nando,'s so popular , surely that many people cant be devoid of taste buds . i went twice , the second time because i thought i had gone on a catastrophic bad night the first time but no , it was still putrid. , will never darken thier doors again . Truly repulsive food

Food is nice as usual. But the heater is off. We have been eating with our coats, gloves and hats!!!

Food was fine. Slightly burnt chicken, didnt really affect the taste (but specifically asked for it not to be burnt) Staff were really nice

On a few occasions now they have forgotten to pack a number of items for our delivery and when I called up to try and get a replacement they have no interest in a resolution or a apology. On Each occasion the orders were worth over £100 each.

I'm not one for writing reviews but maybe this will give them a kick up their backside to fix up.

Great food - but a really cold restaurant (even the staff were wearing jackets). Convenient to scan a QR code to order your food and pay when placing the order. Works well.

Really good and friendly staff. Very easy to order via the app and the food was brought out very quickly and was tasty.
