Had a really lovely meal out for a friend's birthday. Excellent service and excellent food. We went straight from work. The table we were given wasn't right for the birthday girl so she asked to change it, which they were happy to accommodate. Staff were very friendly too. Can't wait to go back.

Garlic bread was basically just bread, barely tasted of garlic. When the main meals were delivered 5 came out with 1 taking an extra 10mins, everyone else was halfway through their meals by the time the lasagna came out. The lasagna was way too hot to eat, I wondered if they forgot to make the lasagna and had to rush. Once it came out we barely even got an apology. The lasagna also had way too much pasta compared to mince and only half was eaten in the end. It then took two attempts to get the bill. I won’t be eager to return. £153 for six people, drinks, starters and mains.

Service was okay, speed was good. Although they forgot my Girlfriend's meal. Pizza tasted great and was cooked well.

Service was good, pizza I ordered was very nice but expensive for what it is, as for the desert it; looked lovely on the menu but looked nothing like it, very disappointing see photo.

Great atmosphere and excellent service. Would have been 5* across the piece as food was really good, but would have preferred just a drizzle of dressing on my salad rather than a lot. Free prosecco offer a great bonus

Ok, so it has been a long time since we last visited this Prezzo, way before covid. And first impressions are not good.

The restaurant it’s self is tired and worn looking lights covered by plastic bags and seats that look ready for the bin, it really needs a lick of paint and some tender loving care,

Our waitress was reasonably and attentive, given her surroundings,

The food came way to quick, both ordered pizza’s and they both could of done with a couple of minutes longer in the oven,

The icing on the cake was I had to drink my beer from the bottle as the waitress informed us that all the peroni glasses where stained and dirty.

Won’t be returning

Had a really lovely meal out for a Christmas catch up with the girls. Excellent service and excellent food. We was greeted by Paul with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Paul was courteous and made sure the table we were given was in the warmest part of the restaurant. Danielle our server was really friendly too. Food was amazing especially the mozzarella! Can't wait to go back!

Had a great time here last night for a catch up with the girls.
The food was really enjoyable! We received amazing service during our time here. Paul was very friendly and was always on hand to make sure we had everything we need, he even greeted us with a bottle of prosecco. Danielle also served us and made us feel very welcome. Looking forward to returning!
