The food was very good. The service by Jodie was fantastic. Happy to have been served by her, really accommodating. The chef was different. Would have been 5 star but chef wouldn't allow us to try the 50p perinaise as we didn't have cash. Shame

I used to really like this restaurant, came here often. However it has changed. The chicken was really hard and not nice at all I had it changed for wings which was alot better. The staff were great, the chef came out and apologied which I really appreciated.

This was very tasty and nice in the pocket as well. Located a few min walk away from Ilford Station, super convenient location. Get the bone in options as they're more juicy.

Today I had big boss burger here, and before ate wings and chicken, it was so delicious. Restaurant's environment was very well & all the staff were really helpful. Epically 'Ruhul' was outstanding.

Got the half chicken and chips to share at medium spice. Really enjoy the flavour of the medium spice. The chicken is juicy and tender. Have had roosters many times and have always enjoyed the chicken.

SO DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.
Extremely sad that where we going every day for years,we have receieved a response which has made my day worst.
Noone has eaten lunch and back to work and this restaurant has made us feel like we were playing games by taking the RAW and Smelly chicken back to them. I could have reported this the food authorities as well but i went to the restaurant in a good faith as we are the long standing customer but their rude and worst customer service assistants have ruined the day for all of us.
We are the regular customers. It's our go to place for everyday lunch in office hours. We are more than 10 people who goes their everyday. Today we ordered for collection and while eating in our office, we found that CHICKEN is RAW and smells bad. We took the chicken back to the restaurant/takeaway. however, they refused to return or refund or exchange saying that yo have started eating. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE and and disproportionate response and not accepting the RAW CHICKEN. LADY was too rude and not accommodating at all. She knows we go everyday there and have big order but she still thinks we went to get the refund for half eaten chicken. I ma surprise on the cutsomer service they have provided in these days.
NEVER GOING BACK, neither my staff nor my whole building and would never recmmeedn anyone.
