Shocking Patty and Coco bread! Rock hard/stale bread. Pale pastry and in parts soggy.
As for the meat, just vile!! From the smell to the texture. I just about tasted it, bland and nasty. It went straight in the bin. I couldn't even take one bite. Had I not have been in such a hurry, I would have returned it. Never again.

Best Patty's I've had! Main meal was ok but could do with a bit more sauce. The dumpling was different but amazing flavour to it. Had the beef patty which was truly amazing! The shop is huge, you can sit comfortably.

Went there at 2:30 on a Friday and there was no patties left which was absolutely shocking. How can you call yourself patty palace and there are no patties and it is far from a palace? Service is slow and disorganised. It seems staff have favourite customers as a guy came to the counter straight away and got served before me even though I was there for 5 minutes before he came. Shorten your business hours if you can’t fully stock patties for the whole day of 7-6. Patties is the business unique selling point. It’s unacceptable to run out of patties for the whole day during lunch rush..

Update: business has replied trying to be comical for some reason when none of this is funny it’s quite embarrassing and unprofessional. Patty palace may I ask you, if you think your patties are “too good” that’s fine. But tastee and juici patties in Jamaica are 10x better and they never run out. They are able to fully stock their patties during their business hours. So what is your excuse now please? And I notice you didn’t even address the service. Will not be coming to ur establishment again you jokers

Tried them for the first time yesterday, best tasting patty i've had in a while. Fresh, nice crust and lots of filling. Good service too.

Visited today at 2pm.Patty Palace had no Patties !! Made me and the rest of the customers who were disappointed laugh though 🤣 Madness 🤣 your sarcastic replies to honest reviews will get you no where in business!!

The patty was fresssshhhhh out the oven and the young man as a sales assistant was very polite and helpful. The cheesy Beef is a winner !

Came in on Saturday 14th around 4:30pm. I bought a pineapple smoothie/yogurt style drink. As I opened it the contents exploded out, covering my clothing. I returned to PP in bemused spirits. The young girl who served me initially was very rude. She accused me firstly of lying but then suggested maybe I was on drugs!!
I asked her to open another bottle and then she admitted there was a problem with them as it started fizzing and she felt the pressure. I can accept the inferior drink but the girl needs some training in how to treat customers. Won’t ever return

Foods not bad,not much variety available for vegans. could be vastly improved,by instructing the senior person on site to act more professional...
Having said that ,the younger lady on the site has a more pleasant professional attitude....which was much appreciated.
