We had Large Mega Grill House Box last night and a food quality was shockingly bad. We used this take away previously and never had a problem with until last night. The lamb was uneatable and me and my friend were sick all night after we had this take away. I wont buy a food from there ever again.

Have ordered many times but this will be our last The Large Mega Grill Box was neither large or mega, they have been getting smaller each time we order and this one was poor tasting and it didn't even look like a medium size. The pizza didn't arrive with the Grill Box and took around another 30mins I contacted live chat with regards to the grill box and the pizza they asked if i wanted to cancel the pizza which i declined and they wanted a phot of the grill box, which we couldn't provide as we had eaten it whilst waiting for the Pizza i chased a response and the operator ended the chat

Spent £14.50 on mixed meat and chips 1 kids pizza meal and 1 chicken nugget meal. Asked for salad, mAyo and chilli sauce. had hardly any salad and only had chilli sauce. Asked for bbq base pizza and had tomato base, have throw it away due to not liking that as my base! Didn’t get the drinks we asked for either

Have ordered from here in the past and has been great but never again. Had the Doner kebab pizza and the doner kebab in Naan. It was flavourless, cold and not up to standard at all. And pretty much spent most of my time in the bathroom afterwards. Never ever again.

Got our order wrong twice even tho we rang to correct it both times. Clearly they don’t understand instructions on the phone or online orders. Ended up waiting 2 hours for the last pizza which was wrong again. Argumentative owner and unprofessional, didn’t even bother to give us anything to compensate. Don’t order from here there’s better pizza’s in Worcester. Never again.

Food was great as always! And the pizza was AMAZING! Don’t even get me started on the chips - I am usually so fussy! If you want a tasty treat at great prices, don’t go anywhere else!

2nd time using altafs grill house. I enjoyed my meal...but have to say I do prefer your currys more. They are fantastic and I've ate them for years thankyou!
