Prezzo Italian Restaurant Hornchurch

Lovely Risotto, but very small portion and poor presentation. Same with the Salmon Penne pasta. Disappointed with the Pannacotta- Nice texture and presentation, but couldn't really find any flavour on it. I honestly don't know what that was 😬
The staff, lovely! We had a person allergic to cheese, and the girl serving us was amazing finding out what food didn't contain it and recommending the best possible one. She was brilliant handling the situation. I will come back.

Nice venue, however…. was booked out but empty. Burger bun was stale and patty was burnt. Partner was asked if she wanted Parmesan on her pasta. Didn’t get. Staff didn’t ask us whether our food was ok, probably because they knew what the answer would be.

Food is lovely, although did take a while to prepare (uber/just eat orders came first I believe) as there was only 1 other couple in the whole place,
But the food was delicious, and staff were OK but I recommend they stop with the "hovering" and constant "how is ur meal" when I haven't even touched it, I know they have a protocol to follow but they just need to observe the patron before they approach.

Me and my partner came here for our anniversary today, we normally go to the lakeside one as that's closest to us but thought we would try out another one. The food was amazing!!! Every dish felt fresh and hot. Very tasty!! The staff were fantastic. I would definitely reccomend this Prezzo above the lakeside one and will definitely be returning!!!!

Fast and friendly service, great food. Went on a Sunday afternoon and wasn't too crowded and our food turned up fairly quickly. Even with so much choice for restaurants in Hornchurch, we'd certainly go here again.

The place was empty when we arrived, so lacked atmosphere, but did improve as the place filled up. Food and drink really good.

I booked this restaurant as it was requested by my guest and I confirmed it was a Birthday booking. I called Prezzo Hornchurch today to reconfirm the Birthday booking, yet nothing was done???? V disappointing. Don't book this place if you have a special occasion, as it won't be noted won't bother again...... :((

First time at this Prezzo in Hornchurch...excellent food and wonderful service had no issues.
Me and the family had a great time and will definitely be coming back soon.
