Common Cafe and Grill Restaurant

Really dont know what the reviews are on about..I just had the skinniest egg and bacon sandwich for £3.20!?! You pay that in central London..really a joke asking for that much money in Streatham. Guy didn't even ask me what kind of bread I want or toasted. The sandwich was not worth more than £2.50. Was my first and last visit.

Proper grub. Great prices. Great owners. Been going there for 10 years never had a bad experience. Would recommend to any tourists in area. Proper british food.

Food was fine. But our order of "beans and toast" and "chips and beans" nearly brought things to a standstill. It was like they couldn't process two orders that each included beans and one other item. 😉
