Ordered 2 whole grilled chickens was told 50 minutes delivery time it turned up 1hr 40 minutes after ordering and it was over cooked when we ate it and burnt... was bloody starving hungry so it was still good chicken

burgers cooked on coal/fire grill and taste much better than other places that use the steel flat stove thing, 5 star burgers friendly staff

Order took over an hour and a half to arrive, half an hour past quoted time of an hour which I thought was long anyway as I only live 5 mins from the shop. Then the food arrived cold!

Never again, very poor service

I think they have new owners, the food is horrible now and prices of pizza has gone up from 14 quid to 20 quid, better of ordering from Domino/Papa John's as they have the same price and always have deals BOGOF.

I was so disappointed with their peri peri burger meal on Tuesday. The chicken was over cooked. Chips also didn’t taste good at all. I order a lot from them like pizza they are good but this time I was very upset.

I have ordered from here 100 times over amd never had many issues but today was sent undercooked slimey chivken and when I called was offered 1 free piece with my next order.... my order today consisted of 2 pieces and 3 wings in a meal plus 8 extra wings. My ithet option when I explained that wasn't good enough was wait for them to deliver 1 piece of chicken today.. I am completely shocked at the service today and won't be ordering from them again

I ate several times ordering pizza. It's very tasty and good cooked. Ordered 1 pizza and i got second pizza for free. It's the best offer ever. Very quick delivery and good customer service. I'm happy and I highly recommend them.
