Hungry Guys

The food is ok but it the doner kebab comes like this. It looks like a pita exploded. If you order on the Just Eat website it says that all kebabs come with chips, salad, and sauce. However if you choose salad (there is no other option) they will not give you chips. They also blamed us for not choosing chips. This restaurant is fine if you have no other option, but sometimes you just want what you ordered.

Unfriendly attitude. My card was declined by the machine. I wanted to use my credit card. They insisted on cash. Their attitude was so off that I am reporting suspicions to my bankm. Food wet and unappealing.

After eating 6 wings and chips from this place I got an immediate stomach ache, followed by a whole night of intensive migraines, throwing up and difficulty with bowel movements. DO NOT buy food from there under any circumstances

Its your regular fried chicken shop that does doner and pizza. The chicken doner wrap was a bit bland and lacked flavour. Haven't tried anything else to be honest.

My student Sadiyah Begum got Salmonella and missed 5 days of class.

Absolutely awful service. I order from Hungry Guys all the time and only once have I ever had an issue which was dealt with fast and efficiently and still continued to order food from them after.

This time however I experienced the same issue where the pizza’s were delivered and once opened it was all squashed together and to one side where it looked like one lump of dough. I called the restaurant to complain and was told to call back in 3 minutes to speak with someone else (already unprofessional).

When I called back I spoke to the most unprofessional and rudely mannered member of staff. He told me that next time they would send me a little something extra but I informed him that as I order through justeat how would I get the extra. Additionally I was disappointed that I had spent money and my meal was not as expected today the pizza did not look appealing let alone edible. He told me he didn’t have another driver and I should wait until next time but my question is how am I going to eat this clump of pizza today and I asked when another driver is sent out can a fresh pizza be delivered, he then told me there was no further drivers for the night (absolute rubbish!). He was very uninterested in helping me TODAY and proceeded to ask me which pizza had been affected. I told him both and he no we can’t send you 2 pizza’s (obviously questioning my honesty). I told him that I am a regular customer and only ever had this same issue once last year where it was dealt with and told him to look at the records. He also just told me to cut up the pizza and eat it and it was still edible. I DID NOT PAY FOR A CLUMP OF DOUGH!!!!! The last time I had this issues the driver was at fault and I told him maybe the drivers are driving recklessly as to why the pizza can not be delivered in one piece. This man was being very rude on the phone and I told him unfortunately he will be losing a customer as this is not good customer service and to then question my honesty. I am not that desperate for pizza to lie but would at least like what I paid for, he then told me to WhatsApp him pictures and gave me his number.
Honestly after ending the phone call I was very annoyed and chose to let justeat deal with it as this kind of service is very unprofessional and not how to treat customers if they tell you something is wrong and I have never heard of a restaurant asking for proof of the issue via WhatsApp (no thank you). I have better things to do with my time than to lie when complaining about meals! SHAME ON YOU HUNGRY GUYS!!!! Justeat have given a full refund where it would have been easier just to replace the pizza’s. I would’ve given you back your clump of dough as proof!

When I ask for manger every one said I am manager
It’s hurt me a lot they make me so sad
And they give very bad food
Hygiene and cleaning it’s very bad not washing hand after sneezing
