Louie's Hot Chicken

I ordered a single chicken burger, fries and oreo milkshake, bill was £20 but with 50% off came to £10 plus £2.50 service charge. I visited at 8:30pm on a Tuesday and my food came within 10mins, maybe I was lucky having read other people's reviews of long waiting times.

Milkshake was great, huge portion quite standard flavour but still very enjoyable. Fries were cooked well and arrived piping hot. My chicken burger was mild spice and my first bite was just incredible, I was so amazed by the flavour and juciness of the chicken. Very well balanced with the pickles. Immediately started thinking that this burger has gone straight to my number 1 spot in London lol. However as I started eating it more and more, it got less and less exciting and by the end quite frankly too salty and left my tongue feeling icky.

Overall, still very happy with my meal and service was on point, the lady at the bar was very attentive. The place is very loud. I will be visiting again to try the jumbo wings and tenders.

I have been to this restaurant many times as its my wifes favourite however we went on the 28th August as that is out anniversary. We always go back on out anniversary as its the first restaurant we had been too together. The food on this occasion was so bad i dont know if they have changed owners or chefs as it just was so different. The service was not great either having to ask multiple times for drinks, its not like I was being unpatient. We left completely dissatisfied as we didnt even eat the food it was that bad and went to another restaurant. This is not what you expect when you got a £100 plus bill. This experience has ruined a tradition and spoilt my anniversary dinner with my wife.

Standards are definitely slipping since the first time I came here. The chicken is still good but they have changed the recipe for the coating I think, it also comes with sauerkraut and pickles which isn't the classic Nashville setup which used to be a slice of white bread. I still like the place but it's not the amazing place I went to several times before. Fries are thick and need more cooking as well.

Foods usually pretty tasty though sometimes the spice coating is pretty uneven. If you get delivery there's probably about an 80% chance something will be missing, it's almost impressive how you can pretty much guarantee the order will be messed up. Today we were missing the drinks but got a beef burger we didn't order. Win some lose some I guess, sorry to whoever didn't get that burger

Absolute garbage. £12.50 for an extra hot el diablo chicken burger that was extraa bland and not spicy at all. Came with a white sausage gravy in the burger which just drooped out and was cold on a warm burger. Would not recommend to anyone. The chips were ok, but you can get the same at a decent chicken shop for much cheaper than £4.50. 1/10

Ordered a mega meal which should have had a burger, drink, fries and chicken wings. They only sent the burger. You have to take more care of your deliveries than this if you expect repeat custom. Will not order from them again.

I should've checked the reviews first. So loud it gave me a headache--sounded like a night-time bar at lunch. Extremely poor lighting; again, fine for a late night, not so much for lunchtime. Staff barely checked on me and food took forever to come out. Ordered a chicken sandwich, and it came in a pool of mayo. I mean, I get putting a little mayo on there, but they put half a jar. On top of Nashville hot chicken. That's just wrong. Total waste of time and money.

Staff were excellent and even offered free refills. They had their windows open during the heatwave which was nice and had the shades up for customers enjoying Al Fresco dining.

Food was disappointing for the price you pay. Lack of salt in both the burger patties and tenders. We ordered extra hot tenders which had no kick whatsoever because of the lack of salt likely.

Fries were salted and crispy. Not worth the price if the food is presented this way.
