Ordered food it arrived 1 hour and 20minutes later called to let them know it arrived frozen cold they offered free food in return and I waited for 45minutes rang them they then said I had to wait as they have 10 deliveries to do first. They brang my food cold that’s there mistake they should be fixing the problem straight away but they didn’t they are rude and I will never be buying from here again I still haven’t received my food or a refund 👍

Terrible service they don’t look after there regular customers! Delivery is always late staff are rude as hell they always forget part of your order total avoid had so many issues and now just totally giving up with the place after 5 years of non stop issues. Lost a loyal customer that gave you chance and chance to sort business out. AVOID!!!❌

An hour and forty mins, cold food, wet salad. Avoid at all costs. Do your self a favout.... make some toast or something.

Great place my delivery was on time! The only problem was the delivery driver failed to read our number on the door so he went to the wrong house but managed to find us in the end. Quite nice for a buger and chips

To be honest gi Takaway don’t even deserve a 1 star rating but that’s the only option.Their was 2 long hairs in the donner meat.Chicken was raw and cold.When I called up the guy was very rude and started swearing.PLZ NEVER ORDER!!!

If you are in need of a late night snack, I mean 1am snack, Gi-Gee is your place. It serves the community until 2am everyday. The food is a good standard. The portion sizes are generous, especially their salad. Their pricing is reasonable. However, customer service is haphazard. It really depends on when you go in. The elderly man, I believe he owns the place and has beautiful coloured eyes, is lovely, appreciative and treats all his customers very well. The young people working there just dont have a clue. I do not want to generalise all young people, but my lived experience is showing me majority do not care, or maybe they just do not know. Either way, their approach to customer service needs revising. Overall, Gi-Gees has become one of my favourites. In fact, I can do with a late night snack right now. Off to Gi-Gees we go!!
