This place is amazing with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The wine list was simply fantastic, with a wide range across all corners of the globe, from new to old there is a variety to meet every taste, we opted for a Spanish Rioja which was simply outstanding - well balanced, full of flavour and bold. Food wise we shared a selection between friends, all of which were cooked to perfection, with amazing presentation and fantastic flavours. I would highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back very soon!!

Definitely one of the best restaurants in Sidcup. The diner menu has a spanish orientation, food was well cooked, fresh and well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful. Chef’s really Spanish too! Good wine list. Had the fish, which was excellent. Restaurant looked empty from outside but was almost full inside on a Wednesday. It’s a little pricey for Sidcup, but I think it’s justified with the quality.

Food is really yummy but the service is terrible! Not the friendliest bunch (but will add not rude) and EXTREMELY slow. Sat outside as it was a really warm, we were given menus but after that nobody came out to take our order or drinks request for 15/20 mins- we had to go inside and ask. Decided to sit inside where we were more visible, ordered oysters, tapas dishes and 3 margaritas. Food came, we ate, drinks still hadn’t arrived and we had finished eating. 40 minutes to make a margarita! I note it was not busy, only us (3 people) at the bar, and 3 girls eating in the main restaurant. There were 2 waitresses on duty.

We were planning to stay and drink but decided to eat/drink up and carry on the night at either the Hackney or Boyles where it’s not a 40 minute wait for a drink. This is the second time i’ve visited and I’m not wowed. I wont be returning for a third.

We have dined at The Appleyard a few times and every visit is a delight. The food is outstanding, the host extremely accommodating and attentive without being in your face and the atmosphere lovely. Always look forward to coming back for more delicious food.

Staff made a mistake in order when the bill came they refused to alter the price as they had given the wrong drink which was more expensive. Staff were rude then proceeded to accuse us of lying, the manager refused to come and speak to us and were altogether horrible

A lovely pleasant stop off, on the high Street across the road from the park.
Polite and friendly staff, good service, really tasty deserts. We had churrios (so good), chocolate mousse and the gorgeous cheesecake with orange and salted caramel-Really nice fresh baked and not sweet. I would visit again for their brunches which look very affordable.

Very authentic Spanish tapas and a la carte menu. Lovely atmosphere, staff, and service. Great to see the kitchen working at the back of the restaurant too.
