Britannia Lancing

We had a lovely meal yesterday. The waitress Paula was very helpful as I have food allegeries and food intolerance. She made the process of ordering easy and kept checking with the chef if I could eat that food or not. In the end the chef Dan cooked me some plain chicken which I really enjoyed. I have never eaten anywhere that have taken seriously food allergies and been so helpful and making me something that wasn't on the menu.

Also pleased to see their vegetarian dishes have improved and go a better selection.

Would recommend Paula as my waitress anytime, she made our meal very special and was so kind ans cheerful.

Went here for breakfast with a friend, we were both very impressed with the service and the variety of breakfast options! As a veggie, its difficult to find a good quality breakfast for a good price, but here was fantastic and no corners were cut. Our server, Kate, was an absolute star and was very helpful :) Will definitely be back again soon!

Once again, I arrived at the Harvester for yet ANOTHER fabulous Lunch. I ordered the 12oz Medium-Rare Ribeye Steak and I can certainly say that it was cooked to absolute perfection! Haven't had a Steak like that in a very long time; Beautifully Pink in the centre. Absolutely fantastic!

Their Signature Bourbon Sauce definitely complimented the meal nonetheless. Took 2 Bottles home to go.

Then to finish off, I ordered the deliciously rich, Belgian Chocolate Brownie and it was (as always), delicious!

The Waitress who served me and the Manager who enquired about my meal were absolutely polite and the Customer Service was top notch. No complaints whatsoever! A fantastic job to them and the Chefs nonetheless for delivering a top notch Steak! Awesome Lunch. I hope to return again very soon!

I often go out to steak houses and pay a lot more money for a lot worse steaks, the staff were all so lovely and polite and the steak I had was cooked perfectly by Ross who I had to thank. pink medium rare edge to edge.. delicious gravy too, will definitely be back…. The staff were great making an extra effort with our busy toddler too. 10/10 tonight. Thanks

The food was good value and good quality. The service was prompt and extremely friendly as well as professional- Paula took the time to explain the menu and was incredibly patient while we decided on our orders....all in all a great experience and well worth going back again just for her service! A lovely evening all round

We have been going to Harvester Lancing fairly regularly for years now and it is always a nice visit and good food.

On the 4th January it was to remember a late friend who loved Harvester whose 54th birthday would have been that day, I even ordered the simply chicken, mashed potato and mushy peas, her favourite meal.

Our server Paula was so nice and caring that day, but then each time we have met her on previous visits she has been equally wonderful. A real credit to the restaurant. Good staff make a restaurant. One complaint, the salad is always cold (joke).

We went for meal to celebrate my birthday.. Family of 6. I’m a Coeliac and on a gluten free diet. Waitress was good. I had the BBQ pork belly which was nice. However, there was only one dessert which wasn’t even available. Poor show for somebody who’s on a restricted diet. Expensive for what you get.
