Bermuda Pizza & BBQ

Ordered through just eat app. The chips where not cooked properly. The tower burger and onion rings where soggy to the point of being unedible. The chicken was like rubber. The hash brown's where not cooked properly. Needless to say we did not eat the food. Wasted money and left hungry. Am unable to recommend based on this experience

We Ordered on a Sunday evening. Food was extremely delayed over the app. We phoned the resteraunt up and queried it and they confirmed its just an estimate food should be done in 30min, due to how busy they were "Supposedly."

Food arrived 20min earlier than predicted on the app but was 30min later than they told me over the phone, the food was cold to the touch. Chips (fries) were cold and soggy and were near inedible.

Lamb kofta wrap: the wrap was hard, I think they tried to toast it possible. Kofta was just a frozen stick of meat.

Meat Calzone: Lots of filling, actual chunks of meat instead of slithers.

Chicken Strips: were hot to touch and were nice, Just fried chicken strips.

Personally I would not order from there again but each to their own taste.

Last night myself, my partner and my brother ordered from bermuda pizza and bbq, the delivery came fast even earlier than the stated delivery time, the meal was of good value and good quality, an hour after I had finished my meal at 11:45pm we received an abusive phone call from the staff there questioning payment, when I explained that I had paid the delivery driver and gave his description, he replied that it was him I was speaking to but then started to get aggressive over the phone saying we hadn't paid (even though we had and even gave a tip). I then rang the store afterwards to speak to the manager and got told I had call back tomorrow... I will be speaking to the manager tomorrow so that shall be fun with such aggressive and bad mouthed staff.

P. S There are cameras covering the front door that will clearly show money being handed over.

Had the buy 1 get 1 free pizza's and grilled chicken kebab in pitta, they both were very nice couldn't eat all the pizza's so left for next day.

If i could give zero stars I would me and my partner orderd some food through deliveroo said be there at 10pm and 10.30 came tried to ring the restaurant and no reply, mesaged deliveroo even they could not get a response. absolutely appalling

Possibly the worst food I've ever orderd from a take away burger looked like cat sick cheesy chips had no cheese stell well away from her

Absolutely disgusting. My 2nd time trying this place & its vile. The chicken is definitely some sort of other animal...not one iv ever tried before! Never again!!

Quick delivery, large portions for the family sharing feast, good take away for the money.
