Only just opened but disappointing so far. Good location by the river but poor choice, mainly breakfast rolls and some cakes, no vegetarian options. The Dunes cafe at Winterton has good choice, interesting meals and vegetarian options, so it might improve but why start like this? Strange decisions.

An excellent cafe with beautiful homemade food. The baguettes are to die for, proper bread. An excellent array of fantastic homemade cakes (try the bread pudding) and large (and I mean large) cups of tea. Really friendly staff all situated next to the river. I will return

Great cafe !
Exceptional customer service and very tasty food ! Right beside the river with the numerous bird life to watch while you enjoy your splendid meals ! The staff are fantastic and could not be more attentive and friendly ..they even have Special Duck food to throw for the many bird species that come and have their own snacks !
The menu is excellent . with lots of reasonably priced , delicious food choices ( and the hot chocolate is lovely ! )
A five star mention for Lara who was so friendly and made our food and also let us sit in the viewing area to eat , and put the fire on for us ..such a lovely girl .. Totally amazing service ...We thoroughly recommend a visit .
before they close for the winter . Thank you so much !!

Stopped here for brunch as part of a lovely riverside walk. Had a delicious "full monte" sandwich (bacon, egg and sausage on a mini baguette) for just £5 and a nice cup of tea.
Service was as quick and good as could be expected in the busy tourist season.
My only negative would be the rubbish on the floor but I wouldn't dream of knocking a star off for that in the current situation. We're lucky to have people serving let alone cleaning up debris dropped from tables by tourists. Would definitely recommend for both quality and value.

Always top service. Great menu to choose from as well as stocking essentials for the boating community.
Wonderful views. Where you can lose yourself for a short period of time.
