I have been there last night and had an incredible experience... Staff were wonderful always polite checking our tables at all times . The food was amazing and in a good portion. By far one of the best pastas i had.

Poor service, after more than one hour waiting time they came with missing part of order. Unproffesional staff without any kind off experience in customer service.
And after I received a rubish salad with old meat and letuce. I do not recomend it!

Visited for a family meal today and the service was very slow despite being seated at 6:30 when it was very quiet. Whether short staffed or some other reason, the wait got beyond acceptable. However the manager was very communicative and apologetic and gave us discount and a free round of drinks which made all the difference. And in the end we had an enjoyable evening. The young manager did a great job of turning a poor situation into a good night, well done!

Food took a long while to get to us. It also had a starter missing which we think may have slowed down the main.

Cocktail was good and the pasta was good. I thought they had missed off the chilli but you could just taste at the end.

Went here on Saturday as part of a Birthday party, was told to be seated for 18.30 by 20.00 we had still not received food, even though it was pre ordered 3 weeks previous, my second pint of lager also contained food, so I don't rate the hygiene standards either. I was offered a free drink and meal but I declined, paid up and left. Would never go back.

Leaky roof, dated decor and inexperienced staff leaves a lot to be desired.

Food itself is fine, even if on the pricey side, what you’d expect from a country wide chain, but nothing to write home about.

Could definitely do with a spark of life and issues like the leaky ceiling, and subsequent ruined floor updated.

Not professional staff, not nice atmosphere. We couldn't sit on sofa. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE US 50 POUNDS MORE (Incorrect bill?), But ultimately they charged us 10 for "service". I will never go back again. I'm disappointed 😞

nice Italian restaurant, we booked table and reach 30 minutes earlier. Staff was kind enough to accommodate us. Road parking which is full most of the time.
