Great experience. 3 people, different meals, different taste, all left satisfied. I had the pot roast with vegetables and gravy with a flakiest puff pastry ever on top. It was phenomenal! Then for desert I had the messy one, with Berry compote, meringue and whipped cream. Both had wonderful flavors that complemented each other.

Fabulous lunch here yesterday. We were in the area on some nature trails and decided to find a local pub for lunch. The team were fabulous, really friendly, warm and welcoming. Both Jonny and I ordered the burger and chips and what a stonkingly good option that was. Absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, it meant we had no room for pudding! Would highly recommend and I'm looking forward to visiting again. It was also good value for money including the drinks and size of portions.

The menu is very limited, I'm not a veggie but the only veggie option was a burger! We had a goats cheese salad starter which was a bowl of soft cheese surrounded by oil with chopped beetroot and nuts! Not nice!
Whilst we were midway through our starter we heard a ding of a bell followed by two separate waiting staff asking to take our dishes when we'd merely started them! As soon as we were done our dishes were gone and the main arrived! it's really not a nice place for a relaxed evening meal.

I'd just like to add the this used to be one of our favourites! The food was always well cooked hearty meals that tasted delicious... Think the new chef should revert to the old menu!

What a lovely place for Sunday Lunch - and what a perfect Sunday roast!! Everything was beautifully cooked, even home made yorkshire puds and the best roast potatoes we've eaten in a restaurant. Wish we were local, we'd be regulars. Thanks very much to Chef and all the staff

We had a lovely lunch here today; we booked in advance, and I'm glad we did as it was busy. There were 6 of us and 3 dogs and were welcomed with a warm smile and friendly chat. The food was delicious and it was such a great price. I will definitely be coming back for food again. 😋

This restaurant is in a town called Worlington. There is parking at the restaurant but if it is full you can keep driving down the road and there's an area for additional parking. Nice bar with plenty of seats available. The menu has fairly priced items. I started with the brie wedges and garden chutney. Was very creamy and the chutney had a savory taste. Paired it with a house beer. As for the main I tried the slow cooked beef pie was a good choice but definitely ask for a side of mustard. Dessert was the Bakewell tart. First time every trying this and is definitely added to my list. For the review I will give this place a 8.9 out of 10 on that 🔥 scale. The beef could of used more flavor but the staff offered to pair this with mustard and definitely it raised the flavor. For future travel and food adventures follow my Instagram @officialgetfresh

Cozy pub with much better than expected food!

After a long walk, stopped in for a pint and some lunch. Blown away by just how good the food was! Service was friendly and quick. Could not have found a better place to stop and enjoy lunch. Definitely going back for dinner!
