Rio's Piri Piri

I ordered a regular meal which was £10! They asked me to give them more money for a regular meal including the drink. Out of my manners of kindness I gave them enough 'money' to buy what I wanted. I asked for two burgers, two fries one coke cola. nothing else.
The staff at the counter was incredibly rude towards to me. Ask I asked kindly for a 'coke cola' to go with my meal that I mentioned at the beginning while ordering my meal.

The staff ended up giving me "red salted fries" that were overly salted. Only one decent cooked burger that was done correctly. The other burger was under-cooked & soggy no texture in the second burger.
I wouldn't recommend spending your cash here better off going else where. This experience wasn't nice the management had a huge nasty ego. All I did was walk in & be kind.

It isn't rocket science to cook fast food. This business needs a new management & better staff.

Food amazing but customer service horrendous !!!! I ordered the Grand Familia which is a massive family meal. I have ordered this many times before, even the week before I ordered three to be taken to my work for a meeting.

This time I ordered for my guest an extra onion rings, haloumi and 2 chilli sauce as well as garlic dip. After unpacking, no chilli sauce, onion rings or haloumi cheese. I rang in to be told 100% in bag and check again. After checking again I am once again told I am in error and it! Is in the bag.

Now, I am not overly bothered but I thought if it was with the driver I thought it might be sent back for my guest (slightly embarrassed).

To be honest if I was a manager I would apologise and offer to add it to my next order but I would never tell a customer they can not check in a bag for £5 of missing food.

For one small apology they have lost my business forever. Excellent food but appalling customer service....

Would like to start by highlighting that this review is to share awareness and not to force my view on nobody. My first and unfortunately last experience in dining with this establishment! Yes the service was fast (ordered 3 chicken wings £1.99) but the salt...it's preposterous, the nice appealing spiciness o the chicken was nihilated by the extremely fried, greasy and SALTY batter. Think about a salad covered in half a cup of salt, that is in the most honest expressible way, what I was served. Wouldn't recommend ordering it. Worst Staff with very Rude Behaviour and ill mannered
I ordered over the phone, their staff told me that it will cost me £17, I told them that I will pick it up as that's costing me £11. I drove 2.5 miles to pick up the order . Arrived home and found out the order wasn't mine as I have ordered whole chicken but received two pieces and different flavour, called them back, requesting if they can take these pieces back and send me my order. they started fighting that they are about to close, whereas it was 10pm.
Even the manager was rude, they hung up my phone and didn't pick up the phone again. I paid for my order and instead of accepting their mistake, they were rude and reluctant.
It was such an embarrassing experience in front of my guests. You have lost a loyal customer here as I always order through Uber from your Shop but Never again

They charge extra for garlic mayo.but was not good at all no taste looks all watery.before was good piri piri sauce and garlic mayo but now they are taste less ..put too much water inn..don't like at all..no taste in chicken..should improve the quality..

Useless company. Forgot one of the items in my order and said I had to BUY something I don’t want through uber eats and leave a note to ask for my complimentary item but it was you who packed the order not uber eats? Spent a lot of money on your company and the service is still useless. To make it better, said they’d send an item themselves but would take “a while”. Not coming back.
