Chip Stop

This place is tremendous! And not the good kind of tremendous. Chinese lady spoke within such a rude tone to both me and my boyfriend as we waited for our order, the chips were soggy and the portions are extremely small. Customer service was EXTREMELY POOR, all I could hear was the lady arguing and arguing with her co workers.

I am extremely disappointed and I will not be coming back, rumours about the business that I have been hearing turn out to be true. Sadly.

Had food from here today fish batter under cooked , mushy peas absolutely awful went in the bin , chips standard sausage below standard, expensive won't go again gave me stomach ache

Great chip shop. Very please with food alway. local people love the shop. I know owner for over years never rude food alway cooked lovely. A++++++

Fantastic chippy. Could well be the best chippy I've been outside of Scotland. Who I think is the owner has been friendly and chatty every time I've been in. Reminds me of home. So glad it's close!

Lovely food but was cold when delivered

First visit to this chip shop yesterday and unfortunately it will definitely be my last. Really not happy with the level of hygiene. The person on till who is handling money should not also be wrapping chips! The amount of germs on money is phenomenal and will easily get through a very thin piece of tissue paper!! I commented on this and asked for a fresh bag.. She obliged but unfortunately did not wash her hands beforehand so it was fairly pointless. I had an upset stomach last night and again today. The chips were also slightly undercooked and the portion size was very small.

Not fresh, recooked very dry chips.
Very Expensive for for tiny portion, paid for a Large £3.60, no way was it enough for even 2 people.
Chinese man was serving me nicely Suddenly his I think wife comes Running from the back, the poor man was sent back in the middle of putting the chips in...
Very Disappointed, used to go there regularly, it seems not good value or quality any more.
Will go to Next Door try New Texas Takeaway, I'm sure they are not as Tight with their portions or customers... ,
