Peri Mack Chicken

Just been to Mack Chicken, great friendly staff, clean environment. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the shop. The pizza was fluffy and soft. Absolutely delicious. Delighted with great service

Me and my family (5 people) ordered various items from the menu. The amount of food we got was huge compared to the price we paid and the chicken was delicious. We got the food hot which is good and portions were more than enough, we even had left overs the next day! The only downside was that some family members found the chicken and rice too spicy. The loaded fries are amazing but also very spicy. The drinks we got were iced cold which is very good. My chicken strips and chips were mouth watering however we didn't receive any sauces but since we were home it wasn't too much of an issue. Unable to provide pics cause we demolished the food

1. the lettuce in the burger was brown-ish basically near expiry :/
2. burger bun seemed hard
3. the chicken wings had a fish taste and smell to it, im assuming they fry their fish and chicken all in the same oil :/

Arrived just as they were cleaning down ready to close on Saturday evening, they kindly fired up the griddle again and provided us with some fabulous chicken. Great people, great food.

The food is soo nice and well cooked . Especially the chicken burger how its so nice and the chips are well cooked and don't take a long time and also the drink how cold it is
I would recommend people to come here because it is the best for me so far

We ordered at Peri Mack regularly over the past year and it's been good service and the food was great, however over the last 3 months, we've noticed a downfall of both food and service. Firstly, we noticed after ordering 3 times since December 2021, that the food is no longer as fresh as it used to be (spicy wings were refried, tasted weird, and were very oily and BBQ wings were tiny and charred and dry, hence inedible), chips weren't cooked properly, and the portion they gave us was so small, when we ordered a large chips. Also they forgot to send at least one item each of the last 3 times we ordered and the first time we called, they said they would add it (spicy wings) to our tab for next time we order as we're regulars, which we agreed to. The second time, they told us the driver forgot to deliver it (nuggets) and sent him again. The third time they were very rude and curt with us and they cut off the phone too so we had to call again to tell them they didn't send our burgers (which they sent more than an hour later, cold and inedible, so no point of even sending it at this rate). We really did want to give them a chance hence why the past 3 times we ordered, we thought the next time, service and food would be better and that they were having an off day, but it wasn't the case at all. Sorry to say we won't be ordering there again, which is a shame, as we really liked them before.

2 hour wait for food after being told it will arrive in 30 minutes. Every time we rang up we where told the driver is 10 minutes away.
Was told the food was with the driver for an hour and a half yet no offer to refund or replace so the food went in the bin.
Will never order again and wouldn’t advise anyone to eat from here.
Food is terrible, customer service is worse.
I could breed, pluck and cook a chicken quicker than it takes them to microwave it.
