Cookies & Cream

Decided to stop in here after hearing lots of hype about the place. We ordered a cookie dough 2 milkshakes and a sundae.
We waited roughly 15 minutes for the deserts to be prepared which was reasonable.
Our milkshakes were missing cream which was offered to us however we didn't see this as too much of a problem as we could drink without.
However when we got home my cookie dough was the tiniest slab of cookie which was cold. No sauces on the cookie or sprinkles to look appetising.
I had plain ice cream dumped in a tub separately to put with the cold cookie dough, it was left up to me to make my own pudding.
The desert was not very nice and was not eaten.
Going onto the milkshake, just a plain chocolate milkshake, I feel I could have made better myself.
It tasted like cheap supermarket ice cream, there was nothing creamy about it or delicious.

On a better note my partners sundae was delicious so that was one good thing.

I wouldn't write this place off maybe they are still finding their feet as a new business

Food that arrived was definitely not as advertised. Dry brownies and cheesecake. Waffle fantasy was just plain waffle with a small pot of syrup. No walnut ice cream as advertised. A small amount of cheap vanilla ice cream left for an order for three people when all orders were advertised as two scoops each. I will not waste my money again. Very disappointing.

Unbelievable waffles, soooo bloomin yummmy. First time ordering, I had the brownie waffle my husband had white chocolate and strawberry. We will be ordering again!!

Ice cream is always soft! They need new freezer or something. Taste like melted and refrozen ice cream.

Ordered from place multiple times and it is always welcomed treat. Milkshakes are yummy and creps with fruits were amaizing

Best milkshakes I've had in a long time. I had a chocolate ice cream one, pretty standard but it was unbelievable. My partner had a biscoff and PB shake, he still raves about it now!! See you soon guys x

Ordered the maple syrup waffle fantasy which should of had walnut ice-cream vanilla ice-cream and whipped cream instead just got the waffle with vanilla ice-cream did ring and got an apology hence the 1 star!

Have ordered several times from them, last time I argued with there online system service as waffle was ment to come with maple ice cream vanilla and whipped cream. But just came with vanilla was bit annoyed as was told it only came with vanilla.

I called up before ordering and read the details off there own website & just eat and was told it only came with vanilla (Mr whippy) ice cream. Despite there site saying maple ice cream and vanilla and whipped cream was told just order well sort it out our end.

We're now going to try a different place as it's expensive for a waffle with Mr whippy ice cream.

Worse still we ordered from Luton and got exactly as advertised. Will be making a formal complaint to the franchise in dunstable and be claiming our money back for all orders.
