The Stables

Splendid , we had the chef’s special for the day which was Venison. The best I have ever had.
Service was great, staff very friendly and knew their stuff.
Strongly recommend it

Overall poor service for a 5 star Hotel, long wait times. I don’t recommend this place for lunch at all, especially if your Gluten Free! Be aware of the Steak option, because it’s a daily steak option and cut & size vary dramatically. Came hungry & left hungry!!

Nice relaxed atmosphere, setting in old stables.

Our experience eating at the Stables was like eating where “regular” people eat….hear me out lol!
There’s a few different restaurant on site and each provide a different experience. The experience at the Stable had more of a quiet setting, low dim lighting, televisions throughout but not overwhelming. And the food prices aren’t as expensive but the food still tastes great and filling.
I ordered the chicken schnitzel burger, which comes with fries and I would order it again. My wife ordered the Stables beef burger which came with real thick cut bacon. She eat it all. I ate the bacon lol. We normally never finish our meal, so that said a lot about us. Thank you 🙏🏾

We had an amazing experience and meal at the Stables. My husband is gluten and dairy free and was so happy to enjoy all three courses (made especially for him) the food was exceptional.
I cannot thank Matt and the team enough, we appreciate the care and attention provided to ensure he had a safe meal. We will no doubt be returning in the future. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

The service was excellent. I noticed a Irish manager observation where on q. Walking around making sure all was in order. Apologies I didn't get his name. We had a 3 course meal. Very timely order. Had the fish of the day sole on the bone. Just ever so slightly overcooked. Cheesecake was practically frozen sauce with it was delicious. But Would I return?? yes. Booked again for another pop up

Rude, food average, extremely cold at the end of the night due to air con or open doors. Bar closed early and we were hustled to the green house bar which was an
unlit outside pathway of confusion.
It’s Xmas for goodness sake.
Do not recommend.
