Burger King

One star for the friendly staff and one star for the app, it’s so convenient that you can just place an older on line and pick up the food to avoid waiting for a long time. Unfortunately, the burger I had was not tasty at all, very dry, not much taste, I have to say I haven’t had such a bad burger for a long time, even my homemade burger taste so much better than this. Very disappointing!

They treat you like a king and give you a crown. They cook burgers for you and provide drinks. I came with my queen and we had a feast!

Nice size burger king very large store. The food was great and all cooked fresh which meant it was nice and hot. Only downside is you have to queue to order your food, this store could really use some of the self service order screens as the wait was quite long.

Very big store but rather slow service though.

Lot of seating and good layout.

Didn't spot any self service machines.

Prices seem above average as not all BK restaurants are priced the same. The kids meals are around 25% more than elsewhere!!

In among large number of other stores so parking can be a bit difficult.

Absolute shambles! We all agreed that we will never return to this burger king again, after many years of popping in there. The service is appalling and has been the last few times. They are so slow!!!!! It's meant to be fast food. The queue was out the door and then they were only working on orders to be delivered, whilst the queue was just at a standstill but growing longer. The staff seem to be on another planet, the manager could have helped maybe? Then you have to queue again to get your drink. Such a shame as there aren't many burger kings left!

Worst BK experience I've encountered. I had the AUDACITY to ask for my burger to be cooked!
Food was ordered online, yet had to wait 25mins for it when we were there. When it arrived (with no apology), it was cold (bacon in the burger was cold to touch, rubbery cheese straight out of the fridge). Asked for another, got exactly the same thing. Asked if we could have one that was actually cooked, got told that's how they do them (plus some giggles and funny looks from the staff behind the counter). Eventually they reluctantly went and blitzed it to death in a microwave, before handing it back with a smirk.
Felt sorry for the guy walking around cleaning, he was doing his job well at least!

I'm sure the staff will be pleased to know I'll not be setting foot in there again.

Been awhile since I’ve had Burger King from ladymeade , glad I decided to order from here again, better than old times.
After avoiding this restraint for a few years I tried it again 2x this week. I had my old fav XL bacon double cheese meal and was completely blown away by my meal on both occasions, new chips were great my dad loved them too. Burgers were lovely and the meal was very filling when compared to say McDonald’s equivalent, keep up the good job and we’ll keep coming back for more 👍

Ordered food via app only to find that the order hadn't arrived at the restaurant. Greeted by obnoxious buffoon of a manager and was made to feel like I was trying it on. Eventually left with my order after showing payment had been taken from my account and showing order on app. No word of apology or acknowledgement of them being in the wrong. Absolutely awful experience.
