Such a shame great food sometimes but average other times. No matter how much you spend never anything complimentary like other places. Stopped using for 3 months as quality and service went down hill. We were chased several times by mail so decided to give another chance after 3 months. Big mistake huge mistake, never again.

Myself and my parents use chadni fairly regularly and have never had any issues. Foods always hot, tasty and drivers polite and friendly too! In my opinion the most underrated takeaway in Exeter.

We're always experiencinge bad service, but want to give benefit of the doubt. Example... ordered at 5.wppm tonight, told delivery be 6.30pm, then amended to 7pm, but now still waiting at 7.30pm... food is good although you don't get the freebies you get with other Indians is better... We've resided to now collecting from Honiton after being let down AGAIN tonight...

Absolutely horrendous! We’ve ordered from them a number of times before and have never had this problem. They kept us waiting two and a half hours and then tried to make out that there were “six other orders” going to our row of four houses. 😒 really?! Will not being going here again.

Our food was nearly an hour late and when it came some of the order was missing. I phoned and explained and was told the missing items would be send out immediately. The missing items never came. No refund, no attempt to apologise. Unacceptable.

Waited nearly 3 hours for food then turned up Stone cold. Complained to restaurant told to contact just eat unbelievable 🤬

I am not going to lie, but I have had a lot better! Placed the order and it should have been with me within 40 minutes yet didn’t turn up for an hour and a half. I did call to find out where my food was and still didn’t turn up for half an hour even though I was told it was on its way. The taste of the multiple curries we ordered was nice, however the rice was sloppy and left a pool of water on the plate which ruined the chips. I don’t think I’ll be using this takeaway again if they can’t get something as simple as rice correct!!

I was reading the bad reviews about this place, but still put an order on FoodHub. All items arrived in time and hot, driver was polite. Food was good (not as good as other Indian places, but still enjoyable) so I am not sure why all the bad reviews, maybe I was lucky.
