Worse Burger King Restaurant ever visited. Spent £15 for burgers which did not look like proper steakhouse burger. Binned after few bites as it taste like £1 burger from Iceland.

The place is very nice but I have a few things to say; Starting I with the price. Everything there is double the normal price of Burger King around the UK. Secondly they are always taking to other staff and don’t really pay attention to the customers. Other than that I really love the place as it has a great view of the rides and it is very spacious. I love how they have music which is super cool in my opinion! Overall I would rate this 3 stars and would change the rating if they could fix the problems mentioned above.

I am simply outraged, no other word describes the extent of my rage.
I payed £8.49 on the virtual kiosk, which I must say was not responsive, my order number was 254 and when I arrived at the counter to collect, the number which was called was 249, I waited until 271 and there was no sign of my meal arriving. I walked up to the counter and asked to which the worker looked at the time on the receipt and refused to bring me my meal as the time on the receipt was from 30 minutes ago and he said it was a used receipt.

I would call this visit nothing short of HELL. I would never go here again and this simply ruined my day which I was once looking forward to. £8.49 and my dignity down the drain.

If I could I would give this 0 stars.

Expensive, but the best burger I had ever had at a theme park, soft bun and a tender burger :) Was so tasty !

had a full blown cockroach type thing on my arm, disgusting hygiene standards.
the food was decent, but having a literal bug on me ruined it. food also overpriced, i paid £10 for a vegan burger and a coke, both quite small.
need to sort out their hygiene - because i won’t be going back on my next trip to thorpe park.

My 15 year old son requires a gluten free diet. He was in burger king Thorpe Park yesterday for fright night with his friends but was told there were no gluten free options. He sat down with his friends and the Manager came over and said although the chips were cooked separately and gluten free, they were cooked next to chicken so they could not guarantee cross contamination but they also did salads. My son said he would have some chips and the guy kindly came over with a box of chips and salad. My son thanked him and asked him how much and he told him it was on the house. I wanted to thank this guy so much, my son struggles whenever he goes out to fast food restaurants to find anything gluten free and although Burger King did not have many options, this man made him feel normal and he was so chuffed that he could actually eat some food with his friends. Thank you!

Great tasting Burger King food as you would expect, conveniently located within Thorpe Park. This is always my choice for lunch when at the park every time I visit. One thing to note would be that, like most other food venues, it can get pretty busy.

Burger King is located next to the Storm in a Teacup ride, within Angry Birds land. The food was adequate, however the restaurant itself was very busy and cramped with no air conditioning and little COVID restrictions enforced. I recommend sitting outside, or taking food out
