Minhs Of Tettenhall

After seeing a ladies post about her getting food poisoning after eating there last Saturday, I too have been really unwell with food poisoning after eating there last Saturday. Only just starting to feel better. Doubt I will be visiting Minhs restaurant anytime soon.

I love Chinese food. My order was Hot and Sour soup. How weird more like sweet and sour soup. King prawn with noodles was OK but a little greasy. My main dish was a disaster Pan fried fish in soy sauce with spring onion. Looked great but really salty, so salty so I could not eat it. I was offered a replacement but at this point I had lost my appetite. My friend said the duck was ok but nothing special.

Very rude guy. Ignorant and disrespectful. Made us sit for 5 minutes when clearly the restaurant was half empty. When we we were taken inside we were asked to sit at a table next to the toilet in the hallway even though there were multiple empty tables. We had to leave as our request to change the table was met with a careless no.
Despite spending no more than 7 minutes in this place our clothes stunk of greasy food we luckily never had to eat, as we left.

One word Bland!! Had a chicken curry which was tasteless and watery and oily.egg fried rice which wasn't fried.very big disappointed.

Beautiful New Year Eves group meal. Excellent service. Toilets could do with an upgrade. Will return.

Wonderful food, great atmosphere and extremely good service. Will certainly be going back.

Family Christmas get together food and service great but restaurant was freezing.

We had a lovely family meal at Minhs and enjoyed every minute! The satay chicken, sweet and sour vegetables, tofu in black bean sauce and vegetable tempura were particularly delicious. The service was warm, friendly and welcoming. Our two kids especially loved the Penky dessert, of course! We were celebrating a special birthday and we couldn't have chosen a better place. We will definitely be back (amazed that we haven't been there before to be honest!).
