Great roof terrace. Good choices on the menu.

I've been coming to this restaurant for about 5 years now as they have a very good gluten free menu and staff are usually very good with allergens. A few weeks ago I ordered my meal to takeaway (as i have done many times) and less than an hour later I was VERY sick from my food containing gluten. I called them immediately as I had suspicions that my burger bun was not gluten free as it was a more brioche style than usual. I spoke to the manager who stated that my description of my burger bun was most likely a regular bun and that they would "logged the incident" and the company would contact me back once they looked into it further. After a few weeks... NOTHING!! Allergens are VERY serious and I am celiac. Obviously this company does not care. Please be cautious when eating here if you have any serious allergies. Once vigilant about allergens has turned into what seems as another "whatever complaint".

We visited on a Friday evening. It was quite busy and we were warned that there was a bit of a wait for food. Ordering via the app was very easy and the food arrived in pretty good time. Service was very friendly and efficient, and we really enjoyed our burgers and the buttermilk chicken. Good work!

First time we have been to this place. We have been to other Lounge Venues and the menu appears to be the same. Being able to order via the Internet and pay upfront makes for a pleasant transaction. Rather than having to wait for your order to be taken. Today Service was a little slower that experienced at other Venues, but still pleasant. Atmosphere was good and with a busy period for a Sunday Brunch time. We will be going again for sure and might even treat the children next time.

Passing through we decided to eat here. Warm welcome and a nice atmosphere to the place. We arrived on "tapas Tuesday " and it was VERY nice to. If I'm ever back this way I will return. A big thank you to all that work there you are all a credit to the company.

I’m local and love the food produced at the Como Lounge. But every time we walk through the door we are given the same line “there’s a 40 minute wait for food”

The dining area is pretty empty with 37 empty seats around empty tables.

Its a shame because the staff are fab, the food is great but 40-60 waiting time on a restaurant that isn’t even at half the capacity really lets the place down.

Having spent 22 years in the catering world, working both front and “back of house” clearly the issue is the kitchen. That’s not the chefs working effortlessly to provide the incredible food but perhaps the work space. So is the kitchen big enough to feed the dining area, and the answer is clearly no.

The three stars are for the chefs, the front of house and the food!

Warm comfy ambiance with a friendly staff, great drinks, and great food. Offering sandwiches, salads, burgers, tapas, and more. Two levels for dining and even a terrace. I could easily become a regular.

We had a club sandwich & a fish goujon sandwich, they were both very nice, good value for money. The only downside was the time from ordering to when it was served which was 3/4 of an hour, it seemed like there was plenty of staff serving so maybe under staffed in the kitchen. Having said that I will definitely be going again
