Prezzo Italian Restaurant Kettering

It was lovely, very clean , there was an outside area, i had gluten free pizza with vegan cheese, it was delicious ( i am a fussy regarding food) before you order they can help you out regarding with the food allergies options. I will definately come back i went with my 3 friends for lunch on the 09/07/22.

Had a pizza delivered. It was paper thin but really greasy. That greasy it was seeping through the “grease proof” paper and through the bottom of the box! They must put oil on their pizzas because this was pretty ridiculous. Cost £15 delivered. Won’t bother again.

Very clean and spacious, staff friendly and helpful. Food delicious and loads of choice. Something special about this restaurant.

Great atmosphere on arrival..The food was just beyond tasty..would recommend this restaurant to everyone..10/10 on hospitality. Eat in or out..we will be going back!

Lovely ambiance, nice and cosy feeling in the evening with the dipped lighting. Food is great although some portions, like the ravioli, can be really small for what is supposed to be a main plate. Nice variety of cocktails, wines, and beers. Knocked it down a star as service can be slow, especially when it comes to settling the bill.

Poor service, only 3 tables in the entire restaurant and had to find staff to take your order. Then food sits getting cold as no one feels the need to bring it to you. So poor and from the moment we walked in to the moment we left, plus the other two tables experienced the same. Feel sorry for the chef's as food is good, but not brilliant.

My partner and I ordered two pizzas (one gluten free) and some fries from Prezzo. On arrival the pizzas and chips were stone cold, just eats indiscretion apparently, and we let this slide. However, I then opened my box with the gluten free pizza and I was shocked to see these two measly, small looking pizzas, if that’s what you can even call them. I can attach photos of what they should have looked like and just to prove the point that they actually looked like something at a kids party/ buffet. I would definitely not have ordered this if I knew what they would arrive like. This mishap was due to lack of stock yet we were not notified that my order would be affected. I cannot believe they would charge £12.50 for this. We then tried to get through to someone at Prezzo and after about 8 attempts we did and there was no refund administered but a discount of the one pizza despite the rest being cold. I would like to add that when we have been to Prezzo before we have had no issue and enjoyed the food. ‘Made with love’ I think not.

Visited most recently for a lunch with colleagues. The food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their variety of dishes. Drinks orders were taken and brought out very quickly. Food orders could've been a bit more promptly taken but they were quick to serve. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.

Have visited in the past both with friends and family (including young children) and have never had a bad visit. Will definitely visit again and thoroughly recommend.
