Delicious food at a very good price! Recommended for a last minute meal after late night shopping!

Lovely food and a lively place, suitable for families though the food is more adult. Better suited to a romantic evening or a meal with in-laws. They do have a gluten free menu, which is pretty good. My fiancé also can't eat dairy and the waitresses were very helpful and happy to check ingredients with the kitchen.

Good food and service but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, particularly in the toilets. I can honestly say that these are the dirtiest restaurant toilets I have ever been in. It wasn't just a recent incident either, the grime was ingrained throughout. Prezzo need to employ a team of specialist cleaners to do a deep clean of all areas and ensure regular maintenance thereafter. I would return for the food and service but won't be going back unless the cleaning has taken place.

Just gotten out from a meal at this location, there were 6 of us and we went in with tiramisu in mind so we were definitely aiming to go for full 3 courses plus drinks. However, we didn't end up getting to dessert because we were there for over 3 hours in total. The worst part was after we had finished the main, they sat us with the dessert menu for 30 minutes and forgot about us. We had to flag down a different server because our original one was no where to be seen. He gave us the bill and we were left for another 10 minutes. The original server then came back, saw the bank card on the dish and looked like she was about to go and get the card machine but then walked off again for another 10 minutes. We had to flag her down again and she looked confused as to why we'd come and gotten her! The table next to us were in and out before us and they managed to get in their desserts, there were 6 of them as well. I won't be going back, the food was the same as it is in every other Prezzo location but the service was atrocious. It's a Thursday so it wasn't that busy at all, honestly wouldn't recommend this location at all.

We got a voucher to use for a set two course meal with a glass of wine and it was really fantastic value for money. They let one of my friends even change the pasta to gluten free at no extra cost which was fantastic. Over all a really good meal

Took my partner here for date night and we both really enjoyed the meals and service by staff. Really recommend and its not expensive either

I always dine-in here. Probably 3 to 4 times a month. I go here for convenience because of it's location, the value for money and of course the delicious meal they offer. The service for me will vary most often it's fast and friendliness of staff depends who will serve you, I had this experienced so many times with one female staff who made me feel uncomfortable as if she's in a hurry to serve and not so genuine kind she's just there because she needs to do it.
