Outstanding food at a reasonable price. Very friendly man behind the counter. I had the chicken tikka baguette with mango chutney and lettuce with chips and side salad. 10/10 for the baguette. Chunky chips cooked perfectly and lovely salad with very tasty dressing.

Met here as this was a mid ground place for my mum and I and we absolutely loved the food, mains very very tasty, especially the Indian food and deserts just as good!
The atmosphere was lovely and relaxed, and the manager was very welcoming.
Overall really good service and highly recommend.

Excellent food from starters to desserts covering both English and Indian dishes catering well for vegetarians and omnivores. Generous portions with "doggy bags" available should you be unable to finish your meal in one sitting. Friendly courteous staff and reasonable prices. I like it so much that I'm a regular guest there.

We were a spontaneous group of 9 for lunch on Bank holiday Monday. The staff welcomed us with ease. The food was varied and delicious. Just what we all needed. Thanks 😊

Had a light lunch here today, was very nice. Great flavours, great relaxed atmosphere, warm welcome and nice real fireplace. Highly recommend stopping by for a meal and drinks.

Ordered a takeaway from here - carbonara and a kebab. Carbonara was quite clearly made in the microwave… and could’ve broken my teeth on the garlic bread. And for the kebab, well, I paid £15 for pieces of cardboard stuffed between soggy pitta.
All costs £40 and 100% of the food went in the bin, didn’t fancy being seriously ill tomorrow! I did call to complain and give them the chance to rectify the situation but the customer service was appalling because apparently she sells loads of this food every week so I must be lieing!! Avoid at all costs.

We had a meal with 8 adults and two kids on boxing day. It was also our 10 year old grandsons 11 th birthday the following day.
The food was fantastic. The choice is immense with Indian, Greek, English and a couple of pasta dishes. The ability to mix and match is also great. Absolutely brilliant especially when you have a large party all wanting different things The place was buzzing and we were well looked after even to the point of lighting the candles and bringing the birthday cake to the table whilst we sang happy birthday. Thanks to those who joined in. It made it very special for Ryan.
I would thoroughly recommend Peggottys for couples, family's and larger party's. A brilliant evening out.
