Service was terrible and was told yo just sit anywhere and was not served for 45 minutes after constantly asking the waitress when we will be served she ignored us twice until my friend shouted to get everyone's attention which felt embarrassing. The manager walked over with a disgusting attitude saying "you'll be served when you are served" in which we found very unprofessional after finally taking our order the waitress stormed off, we then waited for a further hour (only ordered a pizza and pasta) when we started to eat it we found a piece of hair in my friends sauce and the dough of my pizza was still raw in the centre, the sauce tasted like tescos 50p sauce. We was given attitude for complaining about the food and the chef threatened to fight us because we called his food disgusting. They were about to force us to pay £55 for the food not worth the money! We decided to go to Nines across the road for half the price and enjoyed it we could recommend Nines over this place unacceptable sort out your staff and food

Very friendly and professional staff (extra 🌟) , and good location - the only things I've been really satisfied of from this Restaurant.
Bland, uninspired, pizza (but with decent ingredients have to admit) on wrong (ciabatta style) dough with poor size don't make a good impression. Unfortunately same one have ordering food from them on delivery. Same when visited the Main Restaurant down Waterfront (tasteless pastas down there).
Top of the bad things around this place is total lack of heating - bloody freezing !
Summarizing all experiences - Will not get back again

My wife and I went here on a Sunday for the 'All you can eat' offer.

Firstly, I must say, the staff and service was amazing. They were very friendly and polite and the service was punctual, but we were a little cautious when we realised we were the only customers there.

Unfortunately, our concerns became a reality when we ate the food. The Pizzas were barely warm and chewy, the pasta was over-cooked and the glasses we received to drink water were not overly clean, there were fingerprints on the inside.

We finished eating very soon and I explained to the staff I wasn't happy at all with the food. They explained it was a new thing they were testing and it's only been going for a couple of weeks.

I have to also mention, this is the first time I've eaten there since it changed name from Pizza Express and I suspect it's not connected anymore... such a shame because back then, the food was delicious.

In honesty, I should have pushed for at least a discount but I couldn't be bothered and I don't plan on returning there any time soon. A total waste of £22.

This used to be a very good restaurant as Pizza Express. But now, since the name changed the food has lost its quality. The best the all-you-can-eat buffet has to offer is cold pizza, soggy pasta, and from-frozen nuggets. The food is overall cold and tasteless. So far, the worst restaurant experience in Swansea.

Really disappointing visit, was our first time in Swansea shopping and for lunch.
Restaurant atmosphere lacked, it was really cold in the restaurant. There were a couple of small tables sat eating when we arrived but after we had ordered they had all gone.
Service was terrible considering the restaurant was mostly empty, staff stood around chatting and food took a long time to come out. No offer of more drinks through the meal.
Food quality was poor, spicy pizza wasn’t spicy at all, antipasti board was missing mozerella with no explanation or apology as to why.
Would not be visiting again when in Swansea.

This place is really superb. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the food is fantastic. It's about time the city centre had a really good genuine authentic Italian. I had the Positano special pizza and a friend of mine had a different pizza and they were both fabulous. So well cooked and a really nice authentic Italian base and crust. It wasn't greasy or oily at all just seemed clean and fresh. Best pizza I've had in Swansea. I'll definitely be back to try some other things on the menu. Highly recommend if you like Italian food or just want a decent place to eat at that's not too expensive.

Popped in to Positano today for a quick coffee and a hot chocolate.

Haven't been inside this place previously but was quite impressed with the renovation works they have undertaken, the colour scheme and decoration were excellent.

The waitress present was very helpful with both drinks of very good quality. On the strength of this will definitely return to try the food.

The customer service from the waitress was second to none. After seeing that where we were sat there was alot of glare from the low sun, the waitress offered to drop the blinds for us.

The staff member also providied us with take away cups for the remainder of our drinks, as me and my partner were late for an appointment.

did not feel welcome from the moment we came in staff were so rude to us, the waitress told us just to sit anywhere and then didn’t come take a drink or food order for over 20 minutes. literally was watching the chef put his hands in his mouth, eating and going on his phone while making the food. the chips were definitely not cooked they tasted still frozen. the chef was always incredibly loud we couldn’t even hear ourselves think. will not be coming again :(
