Let’s start with the good part. Really nice location and style. Good seating outside as well as inside. For sure a place to feel good. About the food. Well, it was alright. We had four dishes from the launch menu but it wasn’t anything special or outstanding. I even would call it a little bit boring. It also lacks spice as well as salt. That by itself wouldn’t be necessarily be a bad thing but given the price for the dishes it was a disappointment overall. I have experienced better food for this price range. Worst thing I have to say is the service if you would like to call it that way. You have to oder your food and drinks at the bar (no problem with that) and directly pay. The problem I had was that there was no engagement with the customer in what ever form. No warm greeting, no recommendations or explanations. Due to some reasons we only got two instead of four drinks, can happen, but I would have expected that a good service notices that I ordered fours meals but only two drinks? So why not asking and confirm that this is correct? Also we got the wrong dish but sure we ordered correctly by pointing on the menu. All in all the service seems insecure and in some way disconnected like robots. Also they could be more efficient by using tablets or just moving faster. Why I am picking on this? Again because of the price. The restaurant ask for a specific level by the prices and venue but doesn’t live up to it. It sure has the potential but needs to work on that. Some training for the service and cooking and it will be a great place. Just my experience from a one time visit.

Had a brilliant meal here with my family. The food was lovely and the staff were really helpful and friendly. It’s also just a pleasant place to be. I’d definitely go back

Seen that there was a BBQ on instead of the usual sunday dinner so couldn’t resist going , food was spot on one of the best venison burgers ive ever had ! Mrs liked the hotdog ! Ordered 2 lots of diry fries and was not disappointed one with beef brisket and one with bacon both were to die for ! Drinks were spot on also, Places is very bright and decor inside and out is really nice , gives of some ibiza vibes outside, would highly recommend and all staff were polite and friendly special thanks you to Michael who was the manager and looked after us brilliant 5/5

It was just OK, having been here on our last trip to Anglesey and really enjoyed it thought we'd try it again. Service was quick enough but a bit 'robotic', water glasses on the table but not offered water, no check back to see if we were enjoying our meal. We shared a starter from the specials menu it wasn't very special.... 8 small pieces of over-fried calamari for £12!!! My husband ordered the seared mixed fish grill expecting a sort of fish platter but it was more of a fish soup, very salty and not particularly easy to eat with all the shells! My steak was actually very nice, cooked well with a lovely pepper sauce. But £30... prices have definitely gone up since our last visit, which is understandable but just not value for money!

Really bad service. Had to go bar more than once to ask where drinks were and was greeted by a blank face from the manager. Young lad said he hadn't been in work for a while and till had changed. Poor management as he had obviously not been updated and poor customer service skills by the manager who just offered a refund but we would have had to find somewhere else to go. If I go to an upmarket place with upmarket prices then I expect better service than this, shame as on outside looks OK.

Food was good so was the service. Wasn't happy in the bar though. 2 /3 people with dogs in there whist others were eating. Bit of an odour and dogs barking. One customer had his dog on a sofa next to him

Food is excellent. Found the chairs in the restaurant a little too low for the tables. Service was good but not brilliant. A little bit of happiness and friendliness towards the customers goes a long way. The staff looked quite down and to be honest a bit miserable. Overall I would definitely go again and recommend to others.
