love this place, they have a new menu which has exciting new products. They do fresh waffle sticks, and their cheesecakes, apple crumble are made in-store, the sundaes are amazing, and completely out of the ordinary. Delivery is really quick and service is amazing. If you want something original and different, definitely try this place

They are now open till 130am for walk in services throughout Ramadan. Banging desserts.

In summer Ice Cream Passion delivered ice cream etc. during the day. Now they don't. I don't want to eat ice cream in the evening. Once my ice cream arrived totally melted. The portions are tiny for the money they charge especially since they do charge for delivery. I found the ice cream sundaes to be overpriced and of not good quality. Very little ice cream but lots of whipping cream. For the money they charge the portions should be bigger and of better quality.

Ordered ice creams for the whole family. Mine had a hair in it so I phoned & a very polite lady told me I’d have another one in an hour. 2 hours later no ice cream so phoned again to be told they would ring us back, half hour later no phone call so I phone back & then told wouldn’t be able to get it to me til 11.30pm (original order 5pm)

Absolute rip off 4 tiny bits of cookie dough in the large cookie dough Sundae for £6.95. Small amount of biscuit in the cameral crunch Sundae. And no hidden gum ball in the raspberry ripple Sundae.
If I could give 0* I would. Rang back up to explain what had happened and they didn't want to accept that more could of been done next time. I don't want money back or free food just and apology or for them to accept it wasn't enough for the price and next time would be different.

You cannot go wrong with ice cream passion. There is a huge variety of ice cream for selection. Especially on a sunny day it definitely is refreshing. Ice cream passion seems to have created a niche for themselves. Give it a try you will not regret it

Took my mum's money when accepting the order. By the time the order was expected the phone lines were off and the third party service couldnt do anything either. Disgusted

Excellent customer service, friendly, polite and very efficient. The strawberries are the best I have ever had! Great value for money. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
