Very expensive £38 for 2 adults 3 children. £9.89 for a burger meal which tasted like it had been heated up several times Paid for cheesy chips just got plain. Only good part was tables were clean

Ended up 4 of us being sick 2 days a go after eating in Burger King, food didn’t taste very fresh, apart from chips which were nice. Staff was friendly, there was no one cleaning the tables though. I am not paying them again over 35£ to get my family sick

Had drive through but waiting a while in bay before having to go in. They had forgotten my order. Given free cheese bites though!! Food was amazing and staff very friendly and apologetic.

Food was cold. Burger buns were dry and falling apart. Part of the order missing was rectified but only three customers in the place so shouldn't have happened. Made us realise why we don't normally go there.

Was served by Katie. Told me she was new and being trained to be a manager. After taking my order she quickly served it hot and fresh. After noticing it had pickles on (I am allergic) she apologised and served me a fresh burger and ensured it hadn't come in contact with pickles, I was very impressed with her kindness, friendliness and professionalism. 10/10 would go there again. She made my visit very pleasurable and made my day with her chats

Must be one of the worst Burger King chains around.
Drive through order had missing items so after getting home had to drive back for the rest of it. Asked for the order to be made fresh again which they said no problem. Food was the same just in a new bag and fresh fries, cold burgers. Never going back. They didnt offer an apology and noone answers the phone. I swore never to come back 2 years ago, things havent changed.

Food wasn't warm enough.
The experience was salvaged by Steven who was extremely helpful and genuine, he clearly cares very much about his colleagues and the restaurant. He assisted us and the other customers from the moment we came in the door till the moment we left - all while keeping on top of his duties.

Wrexham burger king
Was served and me and my three children were very well looked after by Steven.
Have to say he was amazing. Shame the other staff where a little rude and one even spoke to Steven impolitely. Manners don't cost anything specially to a member of your own team..
My son asked for two lids and she rolled her eyes at him.

Food was tasty. Steven needs to be in charge 5* for customer service for him. He worked very hard
