Catch 22 Brasserie

We had a lovely time dining here. The restaurant is beautiful with a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious with so many gluten free options.

The service was excellent, the staff really looked after us. We will definitely be back again.

For some strange reason most of the places we tried to get a lunch were booking only. Bit bizarre on a bank holiday weekend as they must have lost a heap of customers.

A friendly welcome and excellent service despite having a fair few customers in. Ordered the days special, Sea Bass with new potatoes...by heck it were good! Not had Sea Bass that good since a trip to Cornwall many years ago. Lovely tender fresh fish with a beautifully crisp skin bursting with flavour. Perhaps out of some people's price range but for quality you sometimes just have to cough up.
Again the service was spot on with the waitress only stopping by once after a few minutes to check if all was well. Some places are constantly bothering you, not here though.
Small bar on the premises serving a good selection of cocktails and drinks.
Lovely rough wood seaside feeling decor.
Toilets upstairs but excellent disabled toilet on the ground floor with good disabled access.
Sorry, forgot to ask about doggy access.
Parking also very good.
Most of all though, keep that booking system out of it owners, it pays to just let people come in and dine on quality food.

Called in for a Sunday roast and wow what a find, a great place with some very helpful and friendly staff. Food was lovely and we both really enjoyed the roasts and desserts. Nice decor and a nice balcony area too. Prices are reasonable and we'll definitely be back.

Seriously delicious quality food, from calamari and chicken wings to sea bream and linguine. The decor is beautiful and creates a wonderful environment. Friendly and attentive staff. Thank you for a great experience. The only issue is thr carpark is limited as shared with other businesses so you may have to move your car if you are in the way. Alternatively I believe there are taxis in the area.

We have eaten here a few years ago and it was incredible......but on this occasion for some reason it was nowhere near like last time, im not saying its terrible but for a fish place I'd expect more fish on the menu. I had the roasted vegetable pho which to be fair for a non meat dish it was rather tasty, also I wasn't feeling great on this visit, my other half she had the fish and chips as shown in the picture, looks as fish and chips should, she told me it's above average but not excellent like the last time we visited. Maybe if the owners see this please can you get more of a variety of fish dishes back on the menu.
Don't let this review put you off as even tho it was a 3 star on this occasion it's been better in the past and possibly same in the future, I will return and try a different dish when feeling good again. It's also probably one of the best places in valley tho eat so definitely recommended over the other places for sure

Beautifully presented and very tasty food. Made to feel very welcome by the ‘lady in charge’. Pleasant venue, convivial ambience… including the ‘background 🎶 music 🎵. So why not a full 5⭐️…. Accepting ‘personal taste’ the consensus was just maybe (all of our choices) a tad heavy on the halen (salt)…and sadly one waitress didn’t seem to be enjoying her day?

Fabulous food and great atmosphere. The staff were amazing thank you so much. We went for my other half's birthday and I added this when I booked online, when we got there they had put Happy Birthday on the table. The food was some of the best we have had would highly recommend. We had the duck boa buns and lamb taco type dish to start, fish platter to share and son had carbonara and then the Creme brulè and coconut rice pudding to finish all of it was beautiful. The bill came with handmade truffles which was a lovely touch. Thank you for a fabulous evening of food 😊.

Have just got home after a gorgeous valentines meal here. The attention to detail from not only the chef but the waitresses too is something not found in many places on the Island. After having surgery and only eating soft foods (tiny amounts) I was catered for perfectly and have a doggy bag to share with my husband tomorrow. Thankyou and we will be back x
