Management need to review the inadequate their booking system! And response to customers!
Several messages exchanged, agreed to a table at 3pm, however no confirmation was received! Telephoned the restaurant, no reply! So left a message to confirm our booking and asked for the restaurant to confirm. Again NO communication.! Called into the restaurant, four staff standing behind the bar, was told they were fully book (even though the restaurant had empty tables) no apology only a snotty remark that they did not take messages. BUT they have a answering service! Disappointing service and response!

The service tonight was awful. On arrival, we got put in the restaurant where we felt like nothing but an inconvenience. We got asked if we wanted more drinks, twice during the 3 and a half hours we were there. Our food order was taken, none of our food came out the same time. The tapas dishes took 40 minutes to come, nothing was brought out together. The steak orders weren’t correct. We paid the bill and asked to speak to a manager. The manager may as well have said he couldn’t care. I was palmed off and told to “come back, we will make it up to you”. I personally will not be coming back. Stewart, who was the “manager” on shift had awful attitude and was extremely rude because I am young. He said “do you not understand how tapas works” when I told him that the dishes took 40 minutes to come out. We had to ask for a side of chips that we ordered which didn’t come out until an hour after the food started coming out. Overall, it was poor service and I will not be returning.

Xmas eve tapas...maybe they had been busy, but half the small menu wasn't available.... basically had the food for a table of 6 brought out at different times, 2 people would eat but 4 would have to watch. It was basically all served on bread even the tacos turned out to be flattened bread.... awful service, staff so young but would no doubt be better if they had a bit of training. One offered to go to the fuel station down the road to buy diet lemonade bless her. Dining room dirty (stinking in fact) cobwebs been there so long they've gathered dust. Was good once, hopefully it will have a shakeup and get its act together.
