Arrived on Saturday evening with no booking but they managed to fit us in after a short wait. Food was excellent and our waiter was brilliant. Still some covid restrictions in place so we were served our salad from the salad cart but that was not a problem. Overall a great experience.

Booked a table for 12 as we stayed in the Premier Inn next door. Very friendly staff, bit of a big que for salad cart as one poor girl was serving the whole restaurant. Food came in good time and was perfect. Same with the puddings. Loved it so much we went back for breakfast. Didn't book a table thos time and they managed to seat 12 of us again. Breakfast was great. Will definitely return if we are in the area. Thank you.

Visited both for an evening meal and a breakfast. Great service, well presented meal which we all enjoyed. Or 22 month old loved the kids meal of chicken nuggets chips and beans. Very nice friendly staff, made to feel welcome. We will definitely call again when we are down there.

My seventh review of a Harvester in the south Wales area and I am giving this one A big "WOW". My chef's name was Vaun and I am giving all five stars to him as a thank you, everything was cooked perfectly, I was quite honestly extremely inpressed.
I also have to mention it's a fabulous venue with great front of house staff and a good turn over of happy customers which is always a good sign. This one is going to be very hard to beat and may knock newport malpas off my top spot.

Excellent staff and my Harvester combo was spot on. Great unlimited salad of course. First visit and will return.

Update.
Visited again today for breakfast. Arrived at 9.50am, 17 other people in the restaurant including the ones who came in after us. Waited 55mins for food after asking how much longer it would be at 10.50, the waitress told us there was only 1 chef in the kitchen. Had we been told it would be over an hour wait on arrival we would of gone somewhere else. Food came out at 11.05am, burnt to a crisp. Rock solid muffins & hasbrown. Burnt burger. Baby's pancakes RAW. Showed a waitress who said it would be another 20mins for fresh as the grill had now broke. Asked for a manager, who agreed he would not eat the food on our plates & would speak to the kitchen team. I mentioned the fact there's only 1 chef he said no there's a whole team in there & has no idea why it took over an hour to come out to begin with. Needless to say we left without eating. Final straw for this restaurant, will not be coming back.

Great visit for food with a friend. Food was fab. The mini desert and drink was great. I had the jammy dodger Sunday and my friend the brownie . Main I had Combo chicken and ribs and my friend had half rotisserie chicken .

Walked here for a Saturday afternoon lunch. Booked table the same morning. Fantastic service by Liam. Lovely food and drinks right on our doorstep 😁👍
