Really bad customer service, curt and stroppy. Freezing cold 🥶 and filthy. Very long wait for the carvery. Gluten free meal came with a great big whacking Yorkshire pudding on the top 🤦, had to wait a further 20 minutes for a new meal to come. Sub standard, and not worth the wait. If I could give minus stars I would!

The main meal was very nice, hot as it should be.
However when came to the sweet (pudding) it was still frozen. We already waited 30 minutes for a frozen bread and butter pudding with custard. We told the waiter to whom took it back and got fresh ones. This was better but took too long just for a sweet as we were on our way to the theatre. We only just got there before it started.

Visited with the family, restaurant was lovely, staff friendly. Food was delicious

We went for lunch on Wednesday the 14/12/22 and as normal was treated like royalty by Jenny and Leeanne they are amazing and nothing is too much trouble thanks girls

What a great place to eat I didn't take pictures this time however I can without a doubt say that the food here is beautiful I had steak & ale pie, pipping hot and well tasty. The staff very attentive in fact the service I'd give 6 stars without batting an eyelid. They also do cocktails wife and I love cocktails but because of the distance where we were stopping at we had someone driving us and it would have been disrespectful to them SO next time we are down we WILL be calling in for some more delicious food and COCKTAILS LOTS OF THEM

The food is top quality.. The cuts of beef are lovely 😍 and they get it right every time.. I would highly recommend visiting. Good food at a good price, with the tasty rewards card you get money off and free meal . So definitely worth getting one.

Filthy dirty, rude manager, dry bread no butter with the soup, filthy floor, took your money before the food came. Took your money but failed to mention that some of the food wasn't available, no refund. Stay away !!!!!!!!!! That soup , chips and bread that they called garlic crispbread came to £17 Plus. Picture 3 was the seat that the manager informed me was clean. Absolutely vile. Should be closed down.

Couldn’t fault it . Went on a Friday night , prebooked table beforehand. Food good, service good, very clean . Toilets clean. Staff friendly. Reasonable price . Yes would comeback.
