Junjira Restaurant & Takeaway

I get my takeaway lunch here all the time when in Aberdare. Loads of vegetarian options available. It's a great place to try some Thai food, or if your use to Chinese food there are things like sweet and sour or spring rolls you can start with. Or if you prefer indian then try some of the curries and just let them know how spicy you want it. It's often quiet in the week but you might want to order online or call on Friday or Saturday.

The restaurant is located inside Aberdare market, A little taste of Thailand in The valleys, the Rad Na was cooked fresh, so many flavors I can’t wait to try it again! The service was fast but not rushed.

Lunch at Junjira today - great service and great food. We had Prawn Pad Thai, Tofu Pad Siew and Tofu Pad Mama accompanied by Thai prawn crackers and spring rolls. All were delicious, but I must give a special mention to the Pad Thai which was fantastic! Highly recommended.

Junjira is easily the best Thai take away in the area, and a great option for some lunch in Aberdare market. I’ve eaten here a bunch of times now and tried a lot of things on the menu. I’d especially recommend the Pad Thai from here, one of the best I’ve had.
This place gets busy at lunch time, so it’s sometimes a struggle to get a table.

Beautiful flavours. Huge portions. Good quality and priced food. Couldn't ask for more. You can see the chef works hard, she's definitely a fab cook. Fair play, be visiting whenever we can. Nice to have something different in aberdare.

Our fourth amazing meal from this place, apart from the super accommodating owners the food is stunning . We order, take home and have in the evening and the food tastes just as fresh as when first cooked. The tofu is something special and it’s really amazing aberdare has the little gem hidden away in the market. If your haven’t tried you really have to ! We will be back again and again and again.

Stunning Thai food in Aberdare Market, currently working our way through the menu and so far every dish has been amazing, visit 5 day and it was fabulous xxx
