Stopped in for some food today service was fast and friendly. Starters came out very timely and were delicious. 10 ounce flat iron steak as a main and it was beautifully tender, really tasty and the presentation was great👌 prices are fair and the value for money is very good! Would re-visit and recommend to anyone.

This was my first time in this pub and order the meal and I thought I must have ordered meat free as first and realised that there was a small beef in the middle like a tiny ball as there was too much sauce and cheese.
Very disappointed with this meal and I will never go back there again 😔

I cannot praise the staff and the chef enough. Service was exemplary and the food was divine. I had the rump steak on the first night which was cooked to perfection. On the second night I had the lamb shank and that was as good as the steak. Anytime I'm working in the area I will be going back for sure. Cannot recommend highly enough

Visited early on a moderately busy Thursday evening. Food was absolutely top notch and beautifully presented, (I'm a former a la carte & grill chef so a huge thumbs up from me!) Service wise, we were waiting a very long time to place our drinks orders let alone our starters and mains. When the opportunity for ordering drinks arose we were left open mouthed when the serving staff walked off just as we were poised and lips in position to give the remainder of the order. Once we'd received the starters though the remainder of our 3 course meal arrived very timely, and the steaks were seasoned and cooked as requested to heavenly perfection! Atmosphere wise, it's a beautifully decorated place, just felt that for an evening meal the lights were extremely bright, could do with dimming to create an ambience. Above all though, the food was magic, absolutely awesome, can't rate it highly enough! Many thanks, we shall be back and shall highly recommend and bring more friends to sample the cuisine delights!

Had 3 courses, all were delicious! The steaks were the best we have had, seasoned well and cooked perfectly. Service was good and friendly. Very important to book though, as it gets pretty busy!

6 of us went there for Sunday lunch today. I generally cook my own on Sunday's. I cannot thank them enough for the delicious food. Tasty and plentiful. I will certainly go there again for Sunday lunch. Also reasonably priced.
Have also been there on Saturdays. I have never had a bad meal there.

Had xmas dinner here. Staff are second to none. Very friendly and a sense of humour. Plenty of elbow room, really nice setting too. The food is outstanding, and plenty of it !! Would not hesitate to recommend the place to family ,friends or business associates.

Visited here for lunch yesterday and oh my what an incredible meal me and my sister had! I went for the rump steak which was seasoned perfectly with the most outstanding peppercorn sauce I’ve ever encountered! As my sister is a vegetarian she went for the vegan burger and thoroughly enjoyed every bit! We obviously made room for dessert and went for the sharing Belgian waffle, honestly if you’re thinking of visiting here I would highly recommend you try it!! Although the bread and butter pudding did sound amazing too!! All in all an incredible lunch enjoyed by the both of us! Excellent service, quick and efficient. Well done to you all 👍🏼
