Had an amazing meal here yesterday, top quality. But more than that, they accommodated a rather large party of 14 at very short notice. Even so the service and food was excellent, all our meals came out at the same time and all piping hot.
It’s a really relaxed atmosphere and we will definitely be going again. Thank you to Management and staff for a very enjoyable family lunch. 👍

Had Sunday lunch here 18th Nov. Julie was very helpful with our booking, and we were warmly welcomed.
Food was excellent. We all agreed it was one of the best Sunday lunches we’d ever had. Portion sizes generous, everything cooked perfectly... recommend very highly. Desserts were delicious, too. Can’t wait to visit again! Thank you :)

Really lovely welcoming pub, dog friendly and serving quality food (12-6pm on a Sunday, what's not to love!) Really impressed with this place so I definitely recommend. We called in without booking and were made very welcome even though they were busy. Sunday lunch was excellent, a great selection and great quality. A small outdoor seating area out the back & the whole place is dog friendly.

Good to see this pub open again. Alas, when we called in early Saturday evening the drinks choices were minimal and the pleasant young barman seemed to lack knowledge of wines.
We settled for 2 lagers, but at €5 each was a little pricey. Sitting on the pleasant back veranda was enjoyable but then six people entered and said they had booked a table.
However, the barman informed them that they weren't cooking food that night so they left.
What a pity as the T. A. was always a great place to dine. Hope they get their act together soon.

Popped in after our walk on a Sunday afternoon and was greeted with lovely friendly staff. Beautiful little pub. The food is amazing, you can tell that alot of pride and thought goes into making and serving the food. Tastes devine and presentation makes you feel like your in a top restaurant. It's dog friendly with staff bringing fresh bowls of water for them to enjoy. Will definitely be going back. Can't recommend enough. A true hidden gem.

Great to see the pub open again...however!
Poor service and too many tables made the experience disappointing. The pub is well supported so hope it improves. Great food when it finally arrived. Will try again so hope it improves.

we came out for Sunday dinner as a family as a treat, unfortunately we ordered 4 meals they came within 10 mins of ordering, the potatoes were dry, the veg was hard, very small portions of meat we ordered pork there was no apple sauce. I found it really disappointing as going out for dinner is not an every day enjoyment these days!! we were the only people in the restaurant which speaks volumes
