We were there during our holidays in Freshwater East. It is a very nice location with good food and an incredibly friendly staff. One day, they squeezed us in, even though they were already fully booked. Another day the cook drove us personally to the next station, when we were late for our train on a Saturday noon. How nice is that?

Lovely place with a nice welcome. Amazing views and lovely outdoor seating area. We had the ploughman's lunch with Stilton and also a large English breakfast. The sausages, bacon and eggs were all cooked well and were good, quality ingredients. Nice cider and an all round nice visit. Would visit again.

Came here with my family for dinner, had a great traditional pub meal with hot food on hot plates. The interior perfectly went with the gorgeous view of the sea from the window. Waitresses and bar staff were all lovely and went out of their to accommodate us and our dog despite it being already busy when we arrived. Overall lovely meal will definitely be visiting again

This is an okay pub. We have visited here over a 7 year period when holidaying in Freshwater East and it never changes.
This pub could be so much more and special. There is no atmosphere. When we arrived at lunch time on 2.8.22, most of the indoor lights were turned off. It was really quiet for a lunch time.
It is clean and tidy but the decor is very plain. There's a good choice on the menu including vegan and vegetarian options.
Dog friendly. Views of the Pembrokeshire coastline.
This pub is just tired and needs a good make over. It could be a fabulous place if some money was spent on it.
Staff were not overly friendly.

Great family run business, fresh heartily food and a warm welcome. Enjoyed every single course and would definitely go back. We have already booked for our family holiday mid August. Thank you!

Great place to stop for either a bite to eat, or a drink. Lovely view, lots of outdoor seating, very dog friendly. Staff are absolutely lovely and friendly too, full of local knowledge.
Pub recently refurbished and looks amazing. Food is REALLY good, and we'll be back there very soon.
Cannot wait to do a pub quiz here, and also if they will be hosting the Pensioner's Lunch Club again.
This really is a great pub and such a vital part of the local community xx

This was our second visit this year and as I remembered it for being friendly we popped in again for lunch on a wet day with the puppy. We were the only ones there for sometime. Staff were very welcoming. Ordered some warm baguettes which were tasty. Very dog and dog owner friendly.

Pub with a beautiful view, large garden and smart clean interior. The food was excellent, very tasty and hot, also hot plates - very good! Great beer quality, well kept and good temperature. Good variety of gins to choose from. Nice welcome and definitely recommended a visit.
