My Birthday meal, lovely meal, excellent service from JAN, thankyou. All safe, social distancing, masks worn by staff and diners on way in then out. Enjoyed as usual, good food, good service, good value!!! See you soon! 👍😃

The steak was perfectly cooked and the garlic boiled potatoes were lovely. Friendly staff. Definitely going back soon.

Had Sunday lunch here ,started with creamy garlic mushrooms okish...bit like thick mushroom soup on toast... lamb sunday lunch looked really good with all the sides and gravy, a super large Yorkshire pudding only problem not one item had any taste...rounded up with 2 pepsis the total cost for two was just under £55...I think for what we had that was a bit expensive..2stars as food had no taste and price of meal... quantity was sufficient...

Been here a few times, it's always busy because it's so nice. book in advance. Lovely steak tonight, with all the trimmings, garlic bread, peppercorn sauce, etc very nice 😋

1st time visiting here with friends. Needed to wait to get a table as we didn't book in advance, but were sitted well before the time they stated. Staff were extremely helpful and went the extra mile. Chips were to die for!!
My only concern is that we had to go around the side of the restaurant and there was no at the corner where the slabs were as part of the footpath.

Great Christmas Menu meal. Good service, good food (roast beef was more like steak! Nut roast was well regarded too), Family friendly, attentive staff.

Food was outstanding, very nice varied menu and staff were excellent,
I had scampi starter with my main meal of gammon, nothing exciting there you might think. scampi and the gammon were cooked perfectly and gammon had plenty of taste and not too salty. My partner had tikka chick again was perfectly cooked with plenty of flavour. We had onion rings and cheesy garlic bread, I've never seen so much cheese on garlic bread it was lovely
