Very nice dog friendly restaurant. The food was very good, and the staff attentive.

The moody cow was amazing, we left anything but moody. We came for breakfast where we got the bread and olives and a burger(if I'd have known how big the portions were I would have only got the burger!) and then we came back for dinner the same day where I had the crab linguini and the fried squid. Each and every meal I had there blew me away with the freshness of ingredients and also the taste! I can imagine you can have just about anything from this menu and walk away feeling fully satisfied. The portions are also fantastic and the price is extremely reasonable.

The decor of the place is one of the nicest I've seen and you feel like your at home when your there. The staff are some of the nicest people you'll meet and they made the experience even better than it was originally.

If you are nearby, I beg you to come and try this place out. You will thank me!

Luscious lunches, brilliant brekkies, and delicious dinners! Back again and again, dog friendly, people tolerated, one of the best in Wales, if you're in the area give them a visit you'll not be disappointed

This fantastic converted barn restaurant is well worth visit. If you're passing through. It's a great place to stop if you're driving along the road as a break spot. And also great if you are camping in the area or staying at a local bed and breakfast. Please serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. But we went for a breakfast and were thrilled with how friendly and accommodating the staff were. Most of the space is dog friendly, but they have a dedicated area for people without dogs which I think is a great idea. The food is delicious! I had a full breakfast and a coffee and can say that it's great quality for the price. Next time I'm in the area I'm definitely going to come for lunch and/or dinner.

The food is good. Reasonably priced and good portion sizes. However, the service is another story.
The first part of our evening was very pleasant drinks and mains ordered quickly. Although there wasn’t enough cutlery on our table when the food started arriving this wasn’t an issue and we had a lovely main. When we decided on ordering pudding the menus were brought out quickly and all was well. It seems after this the staff had forgotten about us and it must have been around 40 minutes before anyone took our order which was only done after we had flagged down a waiter. It took another extended period of time before the desserts materialised which again only happened after we asked where they were. When the puddings did appear we had to ask for cutlery and some of the dishes seemed to be half done.
Overall a pleasant enough evening which was not ruined but definitely not enhanced by the slow service and lack of attention to detail. I think these issues could be easily rectified if the staff were slightly more attentive to the customers instead of chatting by the bar.

We first discovered this restaurant on the way to our holiday let. We had breakfast here and it was incredible, good quality food and exceptional service. We returned on our sons birthday for their Sunday carvery and had a minor issue of our food being sent to wrong table etc. But they sorted this out beautifully and reimbursed us as an apology. Again the food was incredible. When we are down this way again, we will definitely be back!

Absolutely nothing to complain about here. Cooked breakfast was very nice. Staff were friendly. Bright and airy space overlooking the lake. Great all round. Can't wait to try the campsite. There is also a full bar and farm shop with some very tasty, mostly Welsh, treats.

Nice little farm shop and restaurant with seating for large groups. The tables are well spaced out and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Food was well prepared and seasoned- we all enjoyed our meal. Good value for money with decent portions. The staff were friendly and helpful once you were able to get their attention. The pace of service was initially slow in getting our orders in, but once that was settled everything was good. We read some terrible reviews and were hesitant but decided to try anyway and glad we came.
