Ross Roofing

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY OR THIS GUY DEAN ROSS. He asked for a £1000 deposit to order tiles that I had calculated in Nov 2021. He never ordered the tiles and kept my £1000. I have had to apply to small claims court to retrieve my money. He has said he is unemployed and has no money. His company logo is stolen from a company in Hornchurch called Ross Roofing and is also not officially listed as a company. BEWARE AND USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Ross Roofing had provided a warranty on a roof that was installed on a house I purchased. Following a leak, I tried to contact Dean of Ross Roofing to at least come and take a look to honour the warranty. He promised on several occasions to come and take a look, but never turned up. In the end he stopped attending my phone calls and never called back. Absolutely unprofessional. I would never recommend using his services.

Mr Ross hired a storage unit from us and racked up a substansial bill. eventually we have had to take Mr Ross to court to try and recover our losses, he is refusing to make any kind of repayment. Unprofessional and untrustworthy.
