Fantastic family firm, clear concise communication from the start from Donna.
We were lucky they could fit us in at very short notice to carry out roof and wall tile repairs.
Kevin and Tyler did a brilliant job completing the work to a very high standard, even though some of the work was hard to access, they went above and beyond the remit as kindly fixed bits that we hadn't asked for without extending the price.
Will definitely use Linx Roofing again should we need roofing work done, highly recommend them.

Linx Roofing are absolutely amazing. Punctual and extremely professional. From the moment I sent an enquiry, to coming to the house to see exactly what work I was looking to have done, was so professional and customer focused. Of the 3 quotes I requested off roofers for the job, only Linx provided an estimate with a breakdown of the work, the lead-in time and how much each aspect cost, the other two quotes just sent a text with a figure on.

Two weeks before works started Donna emailed to let me know the time and date and bang on time Kevin and the team arrived. They went through what they were going to do again, how they were going to do it and were excellent. Clean, tidy and so respectful of our home, after the windows were installed they then completed the roof repair.

We are so glad we went with Linx, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, professional roofer who will not try and do work or repairs that don’t need doing.

Dealing with Donna via email was simple and easy. After sending photos of our issue, we were sent a quote by return. We accepted instantly and within a few days the lovely Kevin turned up and did the job with no fuss and clearing up everything too. Fantastic company and fantastic team. Would definitely recommend.

Kevin and Donna work well as a team. Donna rescheduled several times for us due to being away with no fuss. Kevin did an excellent job in sorting out roof and chimney as well as installing a skylight in the upstairs corridor.
Waited for heavy rain but had no issues.

I spoke to Donna to enquire about installing two chimney cowls and a tile vent for our bathroom extraction. Communication was easy and Donna was polite and always responded quickly. I was given a quote and booked the job in for their next available time slot.

A few days later, Kevin arrived on time and was polite and well presented. He advised where best to place the tile vent and explained everything he was going to do.
The vent went in swiftly and without any problems. Whilst he was doing the job, he checked the roof felt and rafters and told me everything looked in good order.
Next, the chimney cowls went on quickly and everything was left clean and tidy.

After the job was done, I asked Kevin to have a look at an area of concern where birds had been nesting in my guttering. He whipped off a tile and repaired a small area of bird damage before replacing the tile and making the area secure from future nesting.

Overall, both Kevin and Donna were very polite and knowledgeable. The work was carried out quickly and professionally, and the work area was left clean and tidy. I will definitely be using Linx Roofing again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.
